Binding Studies Of Coronary Heart Disease Yang Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To explore the method of inducing the animal model of Coronary heart disease (CHD) due to Yang deficiency and blood stasis with the combination of disease and syndrome multiple methods.Methods :Used high fat diet, subcutaneous injection with pituituin and stimulated by cold methods induce the rat to have CHD due to heart Yang deficiency and blood stasis with the combination of disease and syndrome multiple methods.Results :The model rat was familiar to the pathologic change of Coronary heart disease (CHD) due to Yang deficiency and blood stasis hyperlipoidemia , heart muscle ischemia,blood platelet activation , the body temperature reduce, the cardiac insufficiency, the electrocardiogram change, the cardiac muscle histology change.There was significant (P<0.05)or high significant difference ( P<0.001) compared with those in normal and warming yang and promoting blood circulation of Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation treatment group.Conclusion :The animal model of Coronary heart disease (CHD) due to yang deficiency and blood stasis with the Combination of Disease and Syndrome multiple methods under the China and the West theory together instruction, it correspond to the pathologic change of Coronary heart disease (CHD) due to yang deficiency and blood stasis, it is valuable for theory and Practice.
