Clinical Observation Of Xiebai Cangerzi Powder In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children With Stagnation Heat Of Lung

Objective : Through the clinical observation of Xiebai Cangerzi Powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with lung meridian stagnation heat type,and analyze the therapeutic effect of the prescription,to expand new treatment methods for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods :In this study,64 children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Xiebai Xanthium Powder,and the control group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan Granules.The treatment course was 1week,a total of 2 courses of treatment,and 1 month after the end of treatment.Follow-up,through professional statistical software,the collected data were statistically analyzed to explore the therapeutic value of Xiebai Xanthium Powder.Results :60 subjects who completed the complete clinical observation were compared and analyzed.The specific results are as follows :1.Comprehensive efficacy analysis : After the end of the total course of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.66 % and 83.33 %,respectively,with significant statistical difference(P < 0.01),indicating that both groups could improve the symptoms of children,and the effect of Xiebai Cangerzi Powder was more obvious.2.Symptom improvement analysis :(1)After 2 courses of treatment,the total scores of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and signs of the two groups were lower than before(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs were effective for allergic rhinitis of lung meridian heat type.(2)After the treatment,scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.The scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that the drugs in the treatment group could improve the disease.(3)After 1 week of treatment,it was found that the two groups of drugs had no significant effect on the improvement of various symptoms of sneezing and rhinocnesmus and secondary symptoms(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of sneezing and rhinocnesmusand secondary symptoms were lower than before,and the results were different(P < 0.05).(4)In terms of the disappearance rate of secondary symptoms,the disappearance rate of secondary symptoms in the treatment group was above 78 %,and the disappearance rate of the control group was between 45 % and 50 %,indicating that both groups could reduce the occurrence of secondary symptoms,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.
