| ObjectiveThis topic uses the famous doctor Zhang Liangying’s prescription combined with acupoint application to treat small follicle ovulation infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,observes its effectiveness and safety,and provides more safe and effective treatment methods for clinical practice.MethodSeventy-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.Research group: Oral administration of Bushen Huoxue Decoction,a nationally famous traditional Chinese medicine professor Zhang Liangying’s prescription,combined with acupoint application.Control group: oral administration of Bushen Huoxue Decoction,followed up again after 3months of treatment.The follicle size,endometrial thickness,uterine artery blood flow parameters,and TCM syndrome scores were compared before treatment and after 3 months of treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two methods in treating small follicle ovulatory infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type was analyzed.ResultDuring the observation period,1 patient in the study group was excluded due to unruptured follicles and luteinized cysts were removed,and 1 patient lost contact and fell off.Finally,34 patients were included.In the treatment group,1 patient was automatically transferred to embryo transfer and removed.A total of 67 cases were included.The statistical results are as follows:1.Comparison of the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment: the comprehensive curative effect was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that both the research group and the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was85.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The effective rate was 72.73%(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the research group was 35.29%,and that of the control group was 21.21%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment:The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and the results showed that the total effective rate of the study group was 88.24%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.78%(P<0.05).The symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The study group was better than the control group in improving waist and knee soreness,frequent urination,clear and long urine,blood clots,and abdominal pain during menstruation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving dizziness,tinnitus,and loss of libido(P >0.05).3.Comparison of follicle size,intima thickness,and uterine artery blood flow parameters between the two groups before and after treatment: The statistical results show that the curative effect of the above three indicators in the study group and the control group after treatment is better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and The curative effect of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of sex hormone levels between the two groups before and after treatment: There was no significant difference in the basic sex hormone levels between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The E2 level on the 10 th day of the menstrual cycle and the P level on the 7th day after ovulation were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.Safety comparison: No abnormality was found in the safety observation indicators of the two groups,and no adverse events occurred,indicating that the research protocol has a certain degree of safety.ConclusionOral administration of Professor Zhang Liangying’s prescription of Bushen Huoxue Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of small follicle ovulation infertility.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve follicle size,increase intima thickness,regulate gonad axis,improve hormone secretion,and improve uterine artery blood flow perfusion,thereby increasing the conception rate and improving the patient’s quality of life.However,the curative effect of the study group combined with external therapy and acupoint sticking was better than that of the control group who simply took traditional Chinese medicine internally,indicating that the curative effect of combined internal and external therapy is better,and the combination of the two can achieve the effect of 1+1>2.It is an effective,convenient and safe method for treating small follicle ovulation infertility without any adverse reaction,and it is worth providing reference for clinicians. |
