Zhang Liangying Professor Of Infertility "One-stop" Academic Thinking And Experience Summary—Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Infertility With With Warming Kidney And Promoting Ovum Prescription

Objective: To establish the information database of professor Zhang Liangying,a famous gynecologist of TCM in Yunnan,for better clinical guidance;Meanwhile,the clinical effect of Warming kidney and promoting ovum prescription on infertility due to ovulation disorder was studied.Methods:1.Systematic document research,out patient case summary,multi-channel collection,in-depth interview,and summary of professor Zhang Liangying’s "one-stop" academic experience on infertility.2.Clinical study:60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with professor Zhang Liangying empirical prescription for warming the kidney and promoting the ovulation.Comprehensive efficacy and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.The curative effect indexes were body syndrome score,menstrual syndrome score and total syndrome score.The observed indexes were basal body temperature,sex hormone indexes(FSH,LH,E2,P),foliiculi size,and changes of endometrial thickness before ovulation.Results:1.After more than 60 years of clinical practice,Professor Zhang Liangying has formed his unique academic thoughts on gynecology.At the same time,the academic thought of "one-stop treatment" for infertility is put forward by using analogy and innovation,which has a good therapeutic effect on infertility.2.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group after treatment was 93.3% and 86.7%,respectively,and the pregnancy rate was 36.7% and 30.0%,respectively.After treatment,systemic syndrome score,menstrual syndrome score and total syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,as well as BBT,endometrium,follicular diameter,FSH,E2,P,LH,P < 0.05,with significant differences and statistical significance.Comparison between groups after treatment: Progesterone,low libido,P < 0.05,statistically significant;The remaining observation indexes,P > 0.05,were not statistically significant.No adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Conclusion: The treatment of both groups of patients is safe and effective,but the cure rate of kidney-deficiency ovulation barrier infertility is more significant.In the improvement of systemic symptoms,total symptoms,menstrual symptoms,the two groups of curative effect is similar,but in the improvement of progesterone,low sex drive in the observation group is better than the control group.
