Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of Gubi mixture combined with exercise therapy on KOA.Method:1.Grouping and treatment plan: 60 KOA patients included in the study were randomly divided into three groups according to the principle of.All patients received intervention therapy on the basis of basic treatment, group A was given Gubi mixture orally, group B received quadriceps muscle training under the guidance.Group C received quadriceps muscle training and oral administration of Gubi mixture.2.The treatment course was 4 weeks.VAS score,WOMAC osteoarthrosis index,SF-36 scale, average 15 cm circumference of the upper margin of patella and changes of body fat percentage before and after treatment were observed and analyzed,so as to analyze the effect of Gubi mixture combined with quadriceps muscle training on KOA.Results: 1.Before treatment, there were no differences in all evaluation indexes and scale evaluation components among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.After treatment, the overall symptoms and signs of efficacy evaluation Group C > Group A,Group C > Group B.There were no differences in body fat percentage and the mean15 cm circumference of the upper margin of patella at 90° flexion of both knees(P >0.05).In VAS score,Group C < Group A < Group B(P < 0.05).In WOMAC osteoarthrosis Scale scores,Group C < Group B < Group A(P < 0.05).According to the score of SF-36 scale,Group C > Group A and Group C > Group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Gubi mixture combined with quadriceps muscle training on KOA is better than that of Gubi mixture alone, and the effect of Gubi mixture alone is better than that of quadriceps muscle training alone.Gubi mixture is superior to quadriceps muscle training in relieving pain...
