Study On The Law Of TCM Prescriptions To Treat The Urolithiasis By Retrieving The National Patent Database

Objective:Through data mining,the compound composition data of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of urolithiasis in the national patent database were systematically summarized and sorted out,and the potential drug matching rules were analyzed,so as to have a deeper understanding of the treatment of urolithiasis by traditional Chinese medicine.It also provides a more convincing basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of urolithiasis prescription drugs and the research and development of new drugs related to traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Log in to the website of "State Intellectual Property Office-China Patent Publication Announcement",search for traditional Chinese medicine compound patents related to urolithiasis by keywords,strictly screen and include the research according to the inclusion criteria,extract the data information such as compound traditional Chinese medicine composition of the patent documents included in the analysis,import the relevant statistical analysis software after standardizing the data specifications,and analyze the compound medication rules of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of urolithiasis through data mining techniques such as frequency analysis,association rules and system clustering.Result:1.A total of 440 patent documents were included in the study after screening according to the inclusion criteria,involving a total of 440 Chinese medicine compounds,923 related Chinese medicines,and a total frequency of 5491 times.High-frequency traditional Chinese medicine includes:money grass,sea sand,chicken inner gold,Shiwei,psyllium,licorice,talc,etc.,the medicinal properties are mainly cold,flat and warm,the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,bitter,spicy and salty,and the meridian mainly involves the liver,bladder,kidney,lungs,spleen and other meridians.2.The complex network analysis of association rules screened out 59 groups of strong link drugs with high correlation strength(number of links≥36),and extracted 7 types of core combinations,such as heat and moisture relieving medicine and water relieving medicine,heat and moisture relieving medicine and restorative with dispeling evil medicine.3.Association rule modeling(minimum support 10%,minimum confidence 80%),21 groups of core association rules were screened out,involving 10 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines,which were highly consistent with the high-frequency medicinal flavors obtained by frequency analysis and the strongly linked drugs of association rules to the traditional Chinese medicines involved.4.Systematic clustering analysis was carried out on 33 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines with frequency>30 times,and 7 types of drug combinations that were more in line with the characteristics of clinical practice were obtained.Conclusion:The patented traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of urolithiasis is mainly based on water and moisture rejuvenation,tonic benefit,heat removal and blood circulation and stasis,focusing on clearing heat and moisture,draining stones,and replenishing deficiency and supporting righteousness,strengthening the spleen,protecting the liver and benefiting the kidney;Coordinated treatment of Chinese medicine with conditioning lift and exit of qi,Reconcile the liver and spleen is also an important aspect of the treatment of urolithiasis diseases.
