| Objective:Through oral e Phedra forsythia red bean decoction combined with acu Puncture for the treatment of eczema,the efficacy of eczema was objectively evaluated,and the Jing Fang and acu Puncture were better used,so as to Provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of eczema;im Prove the quality of life of Patients;At the same time,it fully reflects the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of eczema.Metheods:A random number table method was used to select 100 Patients who met the inclusion criteria.The 100 included cases were randomly divided into e Phedra forsythia red bean decoction combined with acu Puncture treatment(treatment grou P),oral ebastine tablets combined with Parisone external rubbing treatment(control grou P)50 cases,of which the loss rate of the treatment grou P was14%(7 cases),the loss rate of the control grou P was 10%(5 cases),and the two grou Ps were treated for 14 days for 1 course of treatment.During the treatment,the clinical efficacy of 14 days before and after treatment was dynamically observed,the degree of itching,skin lesion area,rash mor Phology,skin moisture,and clinical efficacy were evaluated,and the scores were recorded,and the adverse reactions of Patients during treatment were observed.After the end of one course of treatment,the Patients were followed u P after 2 months,the recurrence rate of each grou P was observed,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed,and finally the research conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)After 1 course of treatment,the treatment grou P was com Pared within the grou P,and the scores of conscious sym Ptoms(itching degree)and other sensory sym Ptoms(skin lesion area,rash mor Phology,skin moisture)were reduced to varying degrees(P<0.05).In the control grou P,the scores of self-Perceived sym Ptoms(degree of itching)and other sensory sym Ptoms(lesion area,rash mor Phology)were reduced(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the degree of skin moisture.(P>0.05)(2)After 1 course of treatment,the treatment grou P and the control grou P were com Pared between the grou Ps,and the Perceived sym Ptoms(itching degree)were reduced in terms of score,but there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).He felt that sym Ptoms(lesion area,rash mor Phology,moist skin)and overall sym Ptom score were lower in terms of scores,and the treatment grou P was better than the control grou P(P<0.05).(3)After 1 course of treatment,the Pro Portion of ineffectiveness in the treatment grou P was 9.68%,and the total effective rate was 90.32%.The Pro Portion of ineffectiveness in the control grou P was 13.34%,and the total effective rate was86.66%,which was statistically significant,and the total effective rate of the treatment grou P was better than that of the control grou P(P<0.05).(4)After 2 months of follow-u P,the recurrence rates of the treatment grou P and the control grou P were 21.42% and 42.30%,res Pectively,and the effect of the treatment grou P was better than that of the control grou P(P<0.05).Conclusion:EPhedra forsythia red bean decoction combined with acu Puncture has good long-term clinical results in the treatment of moist heat im Plicit Perianal eczema,which can significantly and effectively im Prove clinical sym Ptoms.After treatment,the treatment grou P and the control grou P were effectively reduced itching and skin lesions,and the TCM sym Ptom score was reduced,and the long-term efficacy of e Phedra forsythia red bean decoction combined with acu Puncture was better than that of oral ebastine tablets combined with external rubbing of Perasone,es Pecially in im Proving itching and TCM sym Ptoms,the treatment grou P was better than the control grou P,and the treatment grou P had the characteristics of low recurrence rate,small side effects,low Price,safety and effectiveness,etc.,which is a worthy clinical treatment Plan. |
