Today, some study showthat the dynamic equilibrium of Thl and Th2 play an importantrole in the development of eczema. There might be similar clinical manifestation,but the pathogenesis are not same entirely which are needed tobe researched further.Because the pathogenesy of eczema now is incompletely clearand definite, therefore the particularity treatment on eczemais still not been found. At present the main treatment on eczemais antihistaminic, which act on typeⅠallergy mainly. But theeczema pathogenesis is mainly typeⅣallergy. Thecorticosteroid and immune depressant are efficient to typeⅣallergy, but will produce the serious side effect, should notbe forefront medicine of eczema. Chinese herbal medicine andits preparation were paid closed attention in the field ofpharmacotherapeutics. The Eczema's bingyinbingji is "wind,wet, hot" Xie. The therapy is Qingrejiedu,chushi andLiangxuexiaofeng. Shi Zhen Tang is created by Guider Pixianming, he settled down it by his clinic medical experience, and itobtained good curative effect in the clinic's usage. Two teams of case are comparedat size of age, sex, course of disease, etc., the differencedoes not have significance meaning (P＞0.05), havecomparativity.20 cases of therapy team are given Shi Zhen Tang; 20 casesof control team are given Di Lv Lei Ta Ding tablet. Treatmentcourse is four weedsall test complied with the rule of randomand double blind. Curative effect, subjective symptom and skinrash are analyzed statistically according to the sconestandard after cure.3 Statistical methodCounting files are tested with x~2 test and measure fileswith t test. 4 ResultContrasting the curative effect of two cured group by x~2 test, it is indicated that the curative effect of the therapygroup treated with Shi Zhen Tang is better than the controlgroup treated with Di Lv Lei Ta Ding tablet. They have notabledifference (p＜0.05) The Shi Zhen Tang is effective medicinefor eczema.Contrasting the integral of titilate of two group by t test,it is indicated that the therapy group and the control grouphave notable difference (p＜0.05). Shi Zhen Tang can improvethe symptom of titillate patient obviously.Contrasting the integral of dermal trauma area of two groupby t test, it is indicated that the therapy group and the controlgroup have notable difference (p＜0.05). Shi Zhen Tang canreduce the area of dermal trauma obviously.Contrasting the integral of dermal trauma of two group byt test, it is indicated that the therapy group and the controlgroup have notable difference (p＜0.01). Shi Zhen Tang canreduce the ponderance of eczema obviously.That means the therapy team are superior to the control teamin curative effect and syndrome effect. Those such as blood,piss, feces and the function of liver and kidney, are examedboth before cure and after cure, and there is no abnormality.That means the capsule has non-toxic side effect.5 ConclusionIt means the capsule is accurate in differentiation of symptoms and signs and is excellent in curing Eczema, and itscurative effect is obvious and has non-toxic side effect. Thecapsule is safe and convenient and easy to be accepted bypatients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
