At present,the world is in a state of COVID-19 epidemic.It is regarded as the most effective measure to prevent the spread of the epidemic by ensuring the full vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine.However,vaccine hesitancy may prevent the progress in preventing the epidemic.At present,the theoretical research on the vaccine hesitancy is slightly insufficient.Most of the research focuses on the impact of specific intervention measures or design strategies on the vaccination rate,but cannot explain the psychological mechanism of public vaccine hesitancy.It will be a more effective way to study the psychosocial factors that cause the public vaccine hesitancy,and put forward guiding strategies for vaccine-related design from the psychosocial factors.Based on comprehensive literature research and user research,this paper studies the psychosocial factors that influence the public vaccine hesitancy in depth,and puts forward a more scientific design strategy by taking the vaccine mobile health application with the advantages of good timeliness,wide coverage,good costeffectiveness and no contact as an example.Firstly,this paper makes theoretical research on the concepts of vaccine hesitancy,vaccine hesitancy,psychosocial factors affecting vaccine hesitancy,and discusses in detail the concept of vaccine hesitancy,the design research done to reduce vaccine hesitancy,and the research status of psychosocial influencing factors of vaccine hesitancy.Then,based on literature research and user research,a model of psychosocial factors influencing vaccine hesitancy was constructed,and a reasonable hypothesis was put forward on the mechanism of psychosocial factors influencing vaccine hesitancy.Then,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to study the psychosocial influencing factors of COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy among Chinese public,and verifies the model using empirical data.According to the theoretical model and results of empirical research,the author takes COVID-19 vaccine mobile health application as an example,and puts forward design strategies from four levels: user level,functional level,interactive level and visual level according to psychosocial factors.Finally,this paper takes the COVID-19 vaccine mobile health applet as an example to carry out the design practice.The significance of this paper lies in constructing the model of psychosocial influencing factors of vaccine hesitancy.Taking COVID-19 vaccine mobile health application as an example,the author puts forward an effective design strategy based on the theoretical model,which is a theoretical innovation in the field of vaccinerelated design.At the same time,this paper investigates the psychosocial factors that influence the COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy in Chinese public from the perspective of empirical research,and carries out design practice based on empirical research conclusions and design strategies.On the one hand,the results of this research can help the government to formulate policies to promote vaccination in COVID-19 from the perspective of psychosociology.On the other hand,the results of this research can provide reference for designers to design COVID-19 vaccine-related products.This is a realistic contribution made by this paper from the design discipline to realize collective immunization and overcome the COVID-19 epidemic.This paper shows the complete design method and process of vaccine-related products from theoretical research,empirical research to design practice,which provides an effective reference for designers to design products in health-related fields.
