Research On The Standardized Path Of Internet Drug Retail

Under the impetus of the "Internet + Medicine" strategy,Internet technology has been deeply integrated with the pharmaceutical retail sector,fostering an emerging pharmaceutical sales model.Internet pharmaceutical retail activities,with pharmaceutical online sales enterprises and individual consumers as both the supply and demand ends,have gained public popularity for their convenience,speed,effectiveness and accessibility.During the Newcastle pneumonia epidemic,Internet drug retailing activities broke through time and space limitations to improve the accessibility of medicines for patients and helped the Internet drug business market develop rapidly.China’s Internet drug retailing activities started late,but developed rapidly.In recent years,the chaos of Internet drug retail activities affect the quality of drugs and consumer safety,so how to ensure the quality and safety of drugs in the field of Internet drug retail,how to standardize the management of the field has become a key regulatory challenge.This study takes the Internet drug retailing activities in Fuzhou city as the research problem,drug supervision and management as the research direction,and the Drug Administration Law and the Supervision and Management of Drug Network Sales as the basis.First,by applying the multi-method theory such as literature research method,field research method,interview method,and participant observation method,we actually investigate the Internet drug retailing conducted by drug retail enterprises to individual consumers through third-party platforms activities,and then summarize the current situation of Internet drug retailing and regulation in Fuzhou City.Second,based on the empirical study of the Internet drug retailing activities conducted by drug retail enterprises to individual consumers through third-party platforms in Fuzhou,we discuss the existing problems of Internet drug retailing activities in Fuzhou from three aspects: drug online sales enterprises,third-party platforms,and regulatory and control departments.In terms of the management of the third-party platform,there are still legal obligations such as the third-party platform not fully fulfilling its audit and supervision obligations;in terms of the regulatory authority,there are mainly imperfect laws and regulations,poor connection between the regulatory practice and the regulatory authority,and insufficient social governance.Third,according to the problems of Internet drug retailing activities in Fuzhou City,according to the "Supervision and Administration of Drug Network Sales",the three main responsible bodies of Internet drug retailing activities from drug network sales enterprises,third-party platforms and regulatory departments proposed the path of Internet drug retailing standardization: first,compliance and self-regulation of drug network sales enterprises;second,fulfillment of legal obligations and collaborative governance of third-party platforms;third,improvement of regulatory control and social governance;Third,to improve regulatory control and social governance.
