Research On The Supervision Management Of The Pharmacy Online Based On Medicines Mobile Purchase

Over the past three years,the government has vigorously encouraged the "Internet + traditional industry" to get the industry innovation,and a variety of Internet-based new things came into being.With the rapid development of Internet technology,people’s lives are getting to be well effected,and people’s living habits are getting to be greatly changed.Among them,the "medicines mobile purchase",which is derived from the mobile Internet-based "mobile shopping",has become a hot spot.To a certain extent,the "medicines mobile purchase" could represent the current status of the development of online pharmacies in China.The State Council issued the "Several Opinions on the Policy of the Further Reform and Improvement of Drug Production and Circulation",and put forward to promote the "Internet + drug circulation" clearly in February 2017.Taking meeting the needs of the masses to use medicines safely and conveniently as the center,we should actively play the advantage and role of the "Internet + drug circulation" in reducing transaction costs,improving circulation efficiency,promoting information disclosure,breaking the monopoly and the other aspects.Guide the standard development of "Internet + drug circulation".Support the strengthen cooperation between drug distribution enterprises and Internet companies.Promote online and offline integration development,and cultivate new formats of the industry."To strengthen the regulation of drug circulation" has been written into the "13th Five-Year" National Drug Safety Plan.To some extent,it is significant to study the medicines mobile purchase between online and offline,which is the newer Internet drug trading model.It takes this study six months to investigate the current situation of medicines mobile purchase in China,aiming to obtain the first-hand true information through the actual investigation,so as to get a whole grasp of the development of online pharmacies in China.In addition,visiting the drug management website of the other countries,is trying to collect the Internet drug regulatory information to see how othercountries to monitor the online pharmacies.Finally,analyze the current situation of China’s online pharmacy supervision issues through the comparing of China’s mobile medicines market itself and the comparison with other countries,and try to make a few recommendations.The thesis focuses on the background,the starting of the investigation and reference,finding the problems,comparing the analysis and putting forward the suggestion as the main line,and mainly uses the investigation method,the retrieval method and the contrast method to carry on the research.The Chapter One describes the basic situation of research background,idea,methods and so on.The second chapter is the investigation report of the current situation of the domestic medicines mobile purchase,and the third chapter analyzes the problems of the existence online pharmacies in China,The fourth chapter makes the study of online pharmacy supervision in the United States,Australia,Britain,Japan,India,Europe and other countries and regions from different aspects.Last but not the least important,Chapter Five try to find the answers to the questions above with the consideration of China’s actual situation,which is through the actual investigation and foreign comparison.
