Study On Risk Control Of Vaccine Inventory In Dongfeng Maojian Hospital Of Sinopharm

Covid-19 has been bound together in a common cause.In recent years,the issue of vaccine safety has gradually become the focus of the society.As the direct vaccination point for the majority of vaccinated people,the risk control of vaccine inventory can not be underestimated.According to the characteristics of public hospitals,it is of great practical significance to clarify the risk of hospital vaccine inventory and establish a risk control system for the landing of vaccine inventory in public hospitals.This paper takes Sinopharm Dongfeng Maojian hospital as the research object.Firstly,based on asset management theory and risk control theory,the risk control framework of hospital vaccine inventory is established.Secondly,the basic situation of the research object and the current situation of vaccine inventory management were investigated and analyzed through interviews.According to the development strategy of the hospital,it can only accept the occurrence of low-level risk,so it is more sensitive to the identification of vaccine inventory risk;Then,according to the hospital vaccine inventory management process,based on the historical event analysis method,brainstorming method and flow chart method,the risks of hospital vaccine inventory in each stage of procurement,reception,storage and vaccination are identified,and it is found that there are ten risks in the four stages of vaccine inventory management in the hospital;Finally,based on Delphi method and risk matrix method,the probability and impact degree of four stages of vaccine inventory management risk are evaluated.By analyzing the causes of relevant risks,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures: In the procurement stage,hospitals can formulate supplier selection plans and enhance emergency risk management under informatization;In the receiving stage,the supervision mechanism of two persons in charge can be implemented,the sampling inspection procedures for vaccine receiving can be added,and the receiving and acceptance management process can be standardized;In the storage stage,we can clarify the person in charge of storage equipment,apply the ABC classification method introduced into AHP,improve the management process of vaccine validity inspection,establish and improve the management process of vaccine return,and implement the person in charge of daily inventory;In the vaccination stage,performance appraisal linked to vaccine inventory management can be implemented,and the implementation of the new sys tem can be promoted.For the safeguard measures of risk control,this paper starts from three aspects: strengthening the awareness of vaccine inventory risk control,strengthening information construction,improving the efficiency of information communication,improving the internal management system and enhancing internal supervision.Through the research on how to control the vaccine inventory risk of Sinopharm Dongfeng Maojian hospital,this paper puts forward practical suggestions,in order to help Maojian hospital reduce the business risk and develop continuously and healthily,and provide reference for the vaccine inventory risk control of other public hospitals.
