Objective:By observing and comparing whether there are differences in the physiological and behavioral risk factors, neuroelectrophysiological characteristics and biochemical indicators of patients with clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(cDPN)with tanyuzuluo type and and subclinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(s DPN)with tanyuzuluo type.To analyze the risk factors for progression from the s DPN with tanyuzuluo type to the cDPN with tanyuzuluo type. Methods:Through the investigation of the patients with DPN collected by Fuzhou Second Hospital from February 2022 to August 2022,identified the TCM syndrome types of the patients with DPN as tanyuzuluo type, and the general clinical data, laboratory examination indicators and electrophysiological examination results of the patients were collected.Established data and use SPSS 20.0 software,by use different statistical methods to statistically analyze the physiological and behavioral risk factors, neuroelectrophysiological characteristics and biochemical indicators between the two groups, and through logistic regression analysis to analyze the risk factors for progression from the s DPN with tanyuzuluo type to the cDPN with tanyuzuluo type.Results:1.Among 70 cases of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy with tanyuzuluo type collected in this study, there were 36 cases in the cDPN group and 34 cases in the s DPN group,of which the male female ratio in the cDPN group is 24:12,and the male female ratio in the s DPN group is 16:18.There was no statistical difference in gender, age and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was a statistical difference in the distribution of diabetes between the two groups(Z=-3.155,P=0.002).2.The combination of the cDPN group and the s DPN group with hypertension was the highest, accounting for 77.80%and 79.40%,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking history, alcoholism history and overweight(P>0.05).3.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in TC,TG,LDL,HDL,FBG,CRP,WBC,HCT,PLT,D-D,PT,Fg(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference in Hb A1 c between the two groups(Z=-2.516,P=0.012).There was no statistical difference betwe en the two groups in in different Hb A1 c values(<6.5%,≥ 6.5% and<7.0%,≥ 7.0% and<9.0%,≥ 9.0%).4.In the s DPN group, the abnormality rate of sural nerve amplitude was the highest(43.6%).There was a statistical difference in abnormal rate of the amplitude and conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and the sural nerve between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The risk factors of DPN with tanyuzuluo type progressing from s DPN with tanyuzuluo type to cDPN with tanyuzuluo type were related to the course of diabetes(P=0.005,OR=1.178,95%CI:1.048~1.326).6.According to the analysis of TCM symptoms,in the cDPN group, the main symptoms were numbness and tingling in the limbs, accounting for 94.4%,while the secondary symptoms were chest tightness and dizziness, accounting for 83.8%,and the pulse symptoms were most severe, accounting for 61.1%.In the s DPN group, the main symptom was head heavy as if swathed, accounting for 79.4%,while the secondary symptom was chest tightness and dizziness, accounting for 79.4%,and the pulse was heaviest, accounting for 67.6%.Conclusions:1.The course of diabetes in cDPN group was longer than that in s DPN group. As the course of diabetes increases, the risk of s DPN progressing to cDPN increases.2.The highest abnormality rate of sensory nerve conduction was amplitude in the s DPN group. The damage degree of diabetes peripheral neuropathy in cDPN with tanyuzuluo type is higher than that in s DPN with tanyuzuluo type.3.The symptoms of TCM in cDPN with tanyuzuluo type were mostly Yu,while the symptoms of TCM in s DPN with tanyuzuluo type were mostly Tan.
