Objective:To observe the effects of tui-na manipulation on the muscle tone of low back muscle,symmetry of low back muscle tone and clinical efficacy of patients with anterior misaligned sacroiliac joint dysfunction,so as to provide an objective and quantitative basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Patients with sacroiliac joint dysfunction who attended the Tui-Na and orthopaedic outpatient clinics of the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province between May 2022 and 11 2022 were selected.66 patients who met the study criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number method,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tui Na manipulation once every other day for a total of 7 times.The control group was treated with Celecoxib(trade name: Celebrex,registration number:Guodianzhi J20140072,specification: 200mg/capsule),200mg/time,1 time daily for 14 days.The visual analogue scale(VAS),the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score(JOA),the K value of posterior surface chain tone coefficient [120°] and the value of posterior surface chain tone symmetry [120°] were selected as the observation indexes,and the efficacy was evaluated according to the improvement of the JOA score of the patients before and after treatment,and the comparison between groups was made.Results:1.VAS score: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)by intra-group comparison,indicating that both treatment groups could reduce patients’ pain;the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)by inter-group comparison,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of pain improvement.2.JOA scores: Intra-group comparison of JOA scores before and after treatment in both groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment regimens could improve the JOA scores of patients and improve the symptoms and functional status of the lumbar region;inter-group comparison of JOA scores after treatment in both groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the functional status of the lumbar spine.3.Posterior epidural chain muscle tone coefficient K value [120°] : The difference between the posterior epidural chain muscle tone coefficients of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)by intra-group comparison,indicating that both treatment groups could improve the posterior epidural chain muscle tone of patients;the difference between the posterior epidural chain muscle tone coefficients of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)by inter-group comparison,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the posterior epidural chain muscle tone.4.Posterior epidural chain muscle tone symmetry value [120°]: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment groups could improve the posterior epidural chain muscle tone symmetry of patients;the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the posterior epidural chain muscle tone symmetry.5.Clinical efficacy assessment: after treatment,the differences between the two groups in clinical efficacy assessment were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Tui-na manipulation can effectively reduce the muscle tone of low back muscles in patients with sacroiliac joint dysfunction,improve the imbalance of muscle tone of both sides of low back muscles,improve pain symptoms and lumbar movement function,and the clinical efficacy is better than oral Celecoxib.
