| Research Objective: The purpose of this study was to improve the prenatal physical and mental health of pregnant women.By exploring the effect of yoga intervention training on the improvement of prenatal depression and sleep quality in pregnant women,to understand the role of yoga,to promote the promotion and popularization of yoga exercise,and to provide reference for more pregnant women to choose to participate in prenatal yoga exercise.Research methods: In this study using the literature data method to understand the present situation and write the literature review,the experimental method of xi ’an qujiang maternity hospital,northwest women and children’s hospital qujiang campus 2 hospitals(13 pregnant 28 weeks)40 pregnant women,randomly divided into experimental group(yoga intervention)and the control group(no intervention),each group,20 people,12 weeks of yoga course intervention training.Statistical analysis of the acquired data was performed by using the mathematical statistical method,including descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,paired sample t-test,etc.Research results: The sample of pregnant women experienced depression and sleep quality problems.Depression was present in 15% of pregnant women,with mild depression in 10% and moderate depression in 5%.40% of pregnant women have problems with sleep quality.Among the seven dimensions of sleep quality,the subjective sleep quality problems,daytime dysfunction and sleep time had the highest detection rate,with subjective sleep quality problems accounting for 85%,daytime dysfunction for 80%,and sleep time problems for 72.5%.At the 5% significance level,the statistical analysis results of each index of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment showed no significant difference(p value> 0.05),and the index of the control group did not change significant,while the experimental group changed significant.Compared with before the experiment,the SDS score(p=0.003)and the PSQI total score(p=0.018)all changed significantly after the experiment.Moreover,the SDS score(p=0.005)and the PSQI total score(p=0.005)of both the experimental group and the control group changed significantly after the experiment.Conclusion: Yoga training can effectively relieve prenatal anxiety of pregnant women,reduce anxiety level,and at the same time have a great impact on regulating psychological contradiction and improving emotional state.The main reason for this is that yoga focuses on self-cultivation,and long-term yoga activities can regulate the nervous system and have a certain curative effect on neurasthenia caused by excessive anxiety.Yoga training can significantly improve the quality of prenatal sleep in pregnant women.The main reason for this is that yoga training uses a combination of movement and stillness,which can effectively control the activity of thinking,so that the brain is in a stable and non-functioning state during rest,so as to relieve nerves and human veins,improve sleep efficiency,and improve sleep quality.Therefore,yoga can be used as an effective means of intervention for prenatal depression and sleep quality in pregnant women. |
