| Zhīzi hua”is the flower of Gardenia jasminoides.According to the literature are used in traditional Chinese medicine and including cooling properties,as well as the ability to relieve cough,stop bleeding,and reduce phlegm.The flower of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis is mainly produced in Yichun,Jiangxi Province and Fuding,Fujian Province.The flower of Gardenia jasminoides contain compounds such as iridoids,flavonoids and triterpenoids.These compounds have been shown to have various health benefits,including Pharmacological effects such as lowering blood sugar,protecting nerves,and protecting the liver.In this study,the chemical components of the aqueous were investigated using separation methods such as D-101 macroporous resin,silica gelcolumn chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography.A total of 23 compounds were isolated and their structures were determined using physical and spectroscopic methods(1D,2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS).Their structures are as follows Jasminoides U(1),Jasminoides W(2),(+)-myristin A2-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),10-methoxyapodanthoside(4),6-O-methoxydeacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester(5),geniposide(6),6β-deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester(7),6β-methoxydeacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester(8),7β,8β-Epoxy-8α-dihydroxygeniposide(9),2’-O-coumaroylmussaenosidic acid(10),6α-deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester(11),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactoside(12),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside-(1→6)-β-D-galactoside(15),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside-(1→6)-β-D-galactoside(16),2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(17),(1R,7R,8S,10R)-7,8,11-trihydroxy-guai-4-en-3-one-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18),phenethylrutinoside(19),methyl p-hydroxybenzoate(20),dibutyl phthalate(21),daucosterol(22),poke-weedcerebroside(23).Among them,compounds 1-2 were new compounds and compounds 3-5,8,10,14,17-20,23 were isolated from the flower of Gardenia jasminoides for the first time.The above compounds were screened forα-glucosidase inhibitory activity,and compounds 1-2 and 22-23 were found to have certain inhibitory activities and their IC50values were 0.80、0.33、0.20 and 0.46μmol/m L.The IC50 value of the positive control drug acarbose was 0.04 nmol/m L.In conclusion,the present study investigated the large polar part of the large extract of the flower of Gardenia jasminoides chemical composition and biological activity were studied,the results showed that the flower of Gardenia jasminoides contained chemical components such as lignans,cyclic enol ether terpenoids,kaempferol,etc.Some of which hadα-glucosidase inhibitory activity and the results of this study are expected to provide reference for further research and development of the flower of Gardenia jasminoides medicinal herbs. |
