Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness, safety, economy and innovation of the thirdgeneration cephalosporin antibiotics ceftriaxone(CRO),cefotaxime(CTX),ceftazidime(CAZ)and cefoperazone(CFP)in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children It provides a reference for safe and rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods:(1)Retrieve and summarize relevant guidelines/expert consensus at home and abroad,literature,real-world data, etc.,use literature research combined with Meta analysis to analyze effectiveness and safety.(2)Use decision tree model back multiplication analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis to analyze economic efficiency.(3)Use literature research and data analysis methods to analyze suitability, accessibility and innovation.(4)Use AHP combined with expert consultation to construct an evaluation index system and quantitative grading.Results:(1)Efficacy: There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate and cure rate of the four drugs;domestic and foreign guidelines and expert consensus recommended the application of CRO and CTX.(2)Safety: There is no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four drugs, and the safety is good.(3)Economy: Applying decision tree model back multiplication analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis to get the economic evaluation result that CRO is more economical.(4)Suitability: According to the evaluation results of children’s medication compliance, drug management costs, drug supply and other aspects,CRO is the most suitable.(5)Accessibility: CRO has advantages in the situation of basic medicines, medical insurance catalog reimbursement and centralized procurement of medicines.(6)Innovation: The four drugs have been in clinical use for a long time and in a wide range, meeting the needs of children, and there is no difference in innovation. Conclusion: According to the comprehensive analysis and decision-making based on the existing evidence combined with expert consultation and evaluation index system, the recommended order of the four antibacterial drugs for the treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children is: Ceftriaxone > Cefotaxime > Ceftazidime > Cefoperazone. In the future,it is necessary to pay attention to the update of guidelines and research progress in related fields in a timely manner, and regularly update the evidence and results of evaluation, further strengthen the management of clinical application of cephalosporin antibiotics in children, and standardize and rationalize drug use.
