| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ordinary acupuncture and acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome with cardiorenal disparity. Methods: From January to December 2022,60 patients diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome by Western medicine and diagnosed with cardiorenal deficiency disease from January to December 2022 who met the criteria of the outpatient clinic and ward of the Second Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture treatment)and control group(conventional acupuncture treatment).Outcome data were statistically analysed before, during, and after treatment. Results: 1.General data comparison: There were no significant differences in gender, age, marriage history and disease course between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the start of treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of various indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Primary outcome index: After 2 courses of treatment, the cardiorenal syndrome score of both groups decreased significantly, and there was a significant significance(P<0.001).After the first course of treatment, there was no significant difference in FSS scores between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.241),and after the second treatment, there was a significant difference in FSS scores between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.001).3.Comparison of pain visual analogue scale score(VAS)score: after the first course of treatment, there was a significant difference in the VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.002),and after the second treatment, there was a significant difference in the VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.001).4.Comparison of physical and mental health report points(SPHERE)scores:after the first course of treatment, there was a significant difference in SPHERE scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.001),and after the second treatment, there was a significant difference in the SPHERE scores between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.002);5.There were significant differences in physiological function(PF),physiological function(RP),somatic pain(BP),general health status(GH),energy(VT),social function(SF),emotional function(RE),mental health(MH),and health change(HT)indicators in the score of health status survey summary table(SF-36)(P<0.05);6.Clinical efficacy comparison: after treatment, the total effective rate of ordinary acupuncture group was 70%,and the total effective rate of needle group was 90%.There was a significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups(P=0.005).Conclusion: Both ordinary acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture combined with acupuncture can improve the main symptoms and complications of patients with cardiorenal chronic fatigue syndrome, reduce the degree of fatigue of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.Ordinary acupuncture and needle picking have good safety; The combination of the two acupuncture treatments is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving fatigue severity and longterm well-being,and has shown better long-term outcomes.Patients also show good compliance with acupuncture,so acupuncture is worthy of further clinical application. |
