The Impact Of Recovery Efficacy Evaluation That The Acute Skin Contusion(Class Ⅲ Wound)soaked By Sterile Chuangke Jinlu

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of sterilized gold dew in the treatment of skin contusion,and to explore the advantages of sterilized gold dew in the treatment of skin contusion by comparing with the effect of changing dressing with simple iodophor gauze,in order to provide more and better TCM treatment for patients with skin abrasion.Methods: From January2022 to July 2022,74 patients with skin contusion and abrasion treated in the Department of Orthopaedics and Orthopaedics of the fourth affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected to collect the general basic information of the patients.According to the random number table,the patients with acute skin contusion were divided into two groups: the experimental group(using sterilized gold dew)and the control group(using conventional iodophor yarn to change dressings).At the end of the study,a total of 4 cases fell off,and the remaining 70 cases,including 35 patients in the trial group and35 patients in the control group.The VAS pain score and the perimeter of the wound area were used to evaluate the patients at the first visit,the first day,the second day and the third day,and the wound healing was observed on the7th-13 th day.Through the use of statistical analysis,compare the differences in therapeutic effects between the two groups,in order to draw a conclusion.Results: The basic data of the two groups were compared,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Then,the index parameters of the two groups of cases after the implementation of intervention measures were compared.After treatment,the pain and swelling around the wound in the first three days in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those in the first visit.Through statistical analysis,it was found that there was a significant difference in the pain score(VAS score)in the first three days,but there was no significant difference in the perimeter of swelling around the wound(P > 0.05).The wound healing speed of the test group was faster than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of skin contusion,sterilized Chuangke Jinlu has a better clinical effect,can better relieve pain,shorten the healing time of skin contusion,and improve the quality of life of patients.Moreover,Chuangke Jinlu is easy to use and has a good effect,so it can be widely used in clinic,and its mechanism can be studied deeply.
