Exploration Of The Characteristics Of Clinical Objective Indicators Of Common TCM Syndrome Types In Elderly Patients With Atherosclerosis

Objective: To collect relevant objective clinical data(WBC,N,Lym,ESR,TG,TC,PLT,FIB,UA,Ca,Hcy)to explore their characteristics and provide some clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of the AS disease in the elderly in the future.Methods: From December 2021 to January 2023,315 patients diagnosed with AS sputum and 46 patients without AS control group were collected.Objective clinical data were collected,and the Excel table was collected,compared and summarized by SPSS25.0 software.Results:(1)AS and control groups differ in age,smoking history,alcohol history,hypertension,diabetes,WBC,N,ESR,TG,TC,PLT,FIB,UA,Ca,and Hcy(P<0.01).(2)There were statistical differences in age,qi deficiency and blood stasis group,WBC and N(P <0.01).(3)Logistic regression analysis showed that age,diabetes,N,TC,Ca,and Hcy were more associated with the formation of sputum and stasis;age,WBC,TC,Ca,Hcy qi deficiency and blood stasis.Conclusions:(1)The AS group was higher than the control group in age,BMI,smoking,drinking,hypertension,diabetes,WBC,N,ESR,TG,TC,PLT,FIB,UA,Ca,and Hcy.(2)The age of qi deficiency and blood stasis group was higher in WBC than sputum stasis group,and lower in N than sputum stasis group.(3)Age,diabetes,N,TC,Ca,Hcy were more associated with the formation of sputum and stasis syndrome;age,WBC,TC,Ca,Hcy were more associated with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
