| Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of Qi Red capsules in the treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.Methods: Patients who attended the inpatient and outpatient treatment of the Department of Cardiovascular Science at the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to September2022 were selected as the research subjects,and 48 patients who met the admission conditions were randomly divided into two groups,22 cases in the experimental group and26 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western drugs such as diuretics,renin-angiotensin system inhibitors,and β blockers for 12 weeks.In addition to conventional Western medical treatment,the experimental group was given12 weeks of Qi Red capsules to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.The efficacy indexes included: NT-pro BNP,TCM syndrome scoring standard,left ventricular ejection fraction,NYHA cardiac function grade,6-minute walk test,Minnesota heart failure quality of life table;The resulting data is processed using SPSS25.0 software.Results: Compared with the group,the NT-pro BNP level,TCM syndrome score,and Minnesota scale total score in the experimental group after treatment were all reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and New York cardiac function grade,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD(P<0.05)were all improved compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,the NT-pro BNP level,TCM syndrome score and Minnesota scale total score improved more significantly in the experimental group than in the control group,and there was no significant change between the 6-minute walking test group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qi Red capsule has a significant effect on patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction,which can significantly increase the left ventricular ejection fraction,reduce the level of NT-pro BNP,and improve the grade of NYHA cardiac function in CHF patients.Improve clinical symptoms in patients with CHF with reduced ejection fraction and improve the quality of life of patients with CHF with reduced ejection fraction. |
