Methods:In this study,a total of 319 patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation were screened from the Department of Cardiology and CCU of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from February 2020 to August 2021 using clinical epidemiological research methods.According to the established "information collection table",the general data, lipid levels, electrolyte levels, thyroid function levels and the four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese medicine of hospitalized patients diagnosed with NVAF were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this study, the collected information was re-dialectical in combination with the current dialectic and clinical symptoms and signs. In addition, the qualified medical record questionnaire was input into the computer Excel table, the database was established, the data statistical analysis software SPSS20 was used to manage and process the data, and the TCM syndrome of patients with nonvalvular atrial volume was statistically analyzed, mainly using descriptive statistical analysisPurpose:Through retrospective study of cases, this topic discusses the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome of NVAF,and analyzes the status investigation of the relationship between TCM syndrome characteristics and blood lipid level, electrolyte level and thyroid function,so as to understand the characteristics of the population of AF and scientifically support the rule of TCM syndrome of AF,so as to provide more evidence-based medical evidence for TCM diagnosis and treatment of this disease. In the course of clinical treatment, effective complementary treatment can reduce cardiovascular events caused by such risk factors.Result:1.Compound syndrome is the main syndrome of atrial fibrillation, single syndrome is mainly Qi deficiency syndrome, compound syndrome is the most common combination of double syndrome, and the most common combination of syndrome is qi deficiency syndrome + blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome+ Yin deficiency syndrome.2.The most common electrolyte abnormalities associated with atrial fibrillation are hypokalemia, hyponatremia and hypocalcemia; In phlegm turbidification syndrome, the content of potassium ion and chloride ion is high, while the content of calcium ion is low.In the case of Qi deficiency syndrome, the content of magnesium ion is the least, while in the case of blood deficiency syndrome, the content of calcium ion and magnesium ion is high, while the content of potassium ion is low.In Yin deficiency syndrome, sodium ion content is high. The contents of sodium ion and chloride ion were the least when drinking water.3.Hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism with elevated TSH are more closely related to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation. In the case of blood deficiency syndrome,TSH is the highest,FT4 is the highest, and FT3 is the lowest.TSH and FT4 were the highest in Yin deficiency syndrome, while FT3 was the highest in water drinking syndrome.4.The variability of triglycerides has a great influence on the progression of atrial fibrillation. With the progression of atrial fibrillation, the content of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein decreased.Low levels of HDL were more strongly associated with the development of atrial fibrillation than high levels of HDL.The highest triglyceride level was observed in phlegm turbidity-induced syndrome. The levels of total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein were the highest in blood stasis syndrome. The level of total cholesterol and low density fat was the lowest in blood deficiency syndrome, and the level of triglyceride was the lowest in water drinking syndrome.
