Objective: At present,the non-invasive diagnosis and detection of endometriosis has not been implemented in clinical practice.Therefore,this paper discusses the clinical value of RDW,NLR,PLR and CA125 parameter levels in the diagnosis and staging of ovarian endometriosis,in order to achieve timely diagnosis and preoperative full assessment of the disease to establish a non-invasive diagnostic method for preoperative auxiliary diagnosis of endometriosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 175 patients with ovarian endometriosis who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2020 to October 2022 was conducted.According to the revised criteria of ASRM,there were 41 cases of stage I,54 cases of stage II,61 cases of stage III and 19 cases of stage IV.According to the degree of disease,95 cases were mild and 80 cases were severe.In the same period,129 patients with benign ovarian lesions were the control group.The general data and hematological parameters of different groups were compared by statistical methods,and the diagnostic value of RDW,NLR,PLR and CA125 for endometriosis was analyzed by ROC curve.Results:(1)The levels of NE,RDW,NLR,PLR and CA125 in the endometriosis group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There were significant differences in NE,LY,RBC,RDW,NLR,PLR and CA125 between the four stages of endometriosis(P<0.05).(3)NE,RDW,PLT,NLR,PLR and CA125 in severe patients were higher than those in mild patients,LY was lower than that in mild patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The stage of endometriosis was negatively correlated with pregnancy,parity and LY.It was positively correlated with NE,RDW,PLT,NLR,PLR and CA125.(5)The correlation coefficients between CA125 and RDW,NLR and PLR were 0.208,0.226 and 0.226,respectively,which were significantly positive correlation.(6)RDW and CA125 are independent risk factors for endometriosis.(7)The best diagnostic threshold of NLR was 1.6,the sensitivity was 84.0%,and the specificity was 34.1%.The optimal diagnostic threshold of PLR was 137.93,the sensitivity was 64.6 %,and the specificity was 52.7%.The best diagnostic threshold of CA125 was26.35,the sensitivity was 77.7 %,and the specificity was 91.5 %.The optimal diagnostic threshold of CA125 combined with RDW was 0.54,the sensitivity was 78.3 %,and the specificity was 91.5 %.Conclusion:(1)There may be inflammatory state in patients with endometriosis,and the detection of inflammatory biomarkers may have certain guiding significance for the diagnosis of endometriosis.(2)RDW,NLR,PLR and CA125 may have certain predictive value for the diagnosis and severity of endometriosis.(3)RDW,NLR,PLR and CA125 were positively correlated with the stage of endometriosis,which may have certain predictive value in the stage of endometriosis.(4)CA125 can assist in the diagnosis of endometriosis with high sensitivity and specificity,but CA125 combined with RDW has higher predictive value in the diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis.
