Objective: To understand the basic situation and main influencing factors of main common diseases among primary and middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the health monitoring situation of primary and middle school students comprehensive evaluation, for the government departments to formulate main common diseases intervention measures to provide scientific basis for improving the health of primary and middle school students. Methods:From September 2021 to March2022,stratified cluster sampling will be conducted at the national monitoring sites for the health survey of primary and secondary school students in the regions where 14 divisions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are located, and physical examination and questionnaire survey will be conducted on the selected students.SPSS 25 was used to conduct descriptive analysis of key common diseases of primary and secondary school students and multi-factor binary logistic regression to study the main influencing factors of key common diseases of primary and secondary school students.TOPSIS method and RSR method were used to rank the health monitoring results of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Results: 1.In 2021,the detection rate of key common diseases among primary and middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from high to low was 62.38% poor eyesight,30.64% overweight and obesity,23.24% dental caries and 5.58% malnutrition.2.The detection rate of impaired vision was higher in female students(67.25%)than in male students(57.52%),and higher in urban students(67.42%)than in suburban students(55.53%)(P < 0.05).The detection rate of poor visual acuity showed an increasing trend with the increase of school level(P<0.05).logistic regression results showed,The risk factors for poor vision among primary and middle school students were girls, middle school and school period, after school doing homework for more than 3h,reading and writing with the chest more than one punch away from the desk edge, lying or lying on the stomach reading or electronic screen, sleeping less than 8h,continuous close eye use for more than 1h,parents’ myopia(P<0.05).3.The prevalence of overweight and obesity was higher among male students(36.54%)than female students(24.74%),and higher among urban students(31.38%)than suburban students(29.64%)(P<0.05).With the increase of school level, the prevalence of overweight and obesity showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of overweight and obesity in middle socioeconomic areas, eating vegetables twice a day or more, and sometimes eating breakfast were all(P <0.05).4.The detection rate of caries in female students(25.55%)was higher than that in male students(20.93%),and the detection rate of caries in urban students(23.78%)was higher than that in suburban students(22.51%)(P<0.05).With the increase of school level, the prevalence of dental caries showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that social and economic level and poor areas, female students, residential school were the risk factors for dental caries of primary and secondary school students(P<0.05).5.The prevalence of malnutrition in boys(6.75%)was higher than that in girls(4.41%),and that in suburban students(5.89%)was higher than that in urban students(5.35%)(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that suburban counties were risk factors for malnutrition in primary and middle school students(P<0.05).6.Comprehensive evaluation of primary and secondary school students’ health monitoring in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in descending order is the third, fourteenth, fourth, ninth, thirteenth, twelfth, second, fifth, first, eleventh, eighth, seventh, sixth and tenth divisions. The third, fourth and fourteenth divisions are "good",the sixth and tenth divisions are "poor",and other regions are "medium".Conclusion: In Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the detection rate of poor eyesight and overweight obesity is higher than the national average level, the detection rate of dental caries is lower than other areas, there is a problem of malnutrition, need to take targeted intervention measures to protect the health of primary and secondary school students. At the same time, the combination of TOPSIS method and RSR method can accurately reflect the health monitoring situation of primary and middle school students in various regions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and provide scientific basis for relevant departments to promote the health monitoring of primary and middle school students and optimize the school health work.
