Comparative Study Of The Curative Effect Of LCBDE+LC And ERCP/EST+LC In The Treatment Of Gallbladder Stones Combined With Common Bile Duct Stones

Objective: The most powerful surgical methods ERCP/EST+LC and LCBDE+LC were definitely combined.In this study,clinical information from patients receiving LCBDE+LC and ERCP/EST+LC was analysed and used with safety,surgical and economic surgery bristles.Method: Between 2019 and 2020,Xinjiang Military District General Hospital joined 142 patients available for ERCP/EST+LC and LCBDE+LC treatment.For the purpose of this work,the ERCP/EST+LC group can be divided into 58.It is an endoscopic group in education and LCBDE+LC group(84 examples),an endoscopic group of products.The main condition of the two groups of patients is surgery,laboratory tests,complications and hospitalization.Result: The basic data before surgery is comparable and compliant(P<0.05),but there is a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The surgical time and bleeding volume in the LCBDE+LCgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).There were significant differences in postoperative parameter laboratories(P <0.05).In ERCP/EST+LC group,12 cases(20.69%)were infected after surgery,accompanied by bleeding,pancreatitis,cholangitis and repeated calculus,while in LCBDE+LC group,8 cases(9.52%)suffered from the following complications: Bleeding and infection lead to bile leakage.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: Both types of surgical methods have good results but also have their own shortcomings.With the development of medicine,more ideal therapies should be explored.
