Objective: To explore the correlation between ultrasonic features and expression levels of key genes in malignant ovarian tumors. Methods: A total of 21 ovarian cancer tissue specimens from 17 ovarian cancer patients were selected as the experimental group,a total of 54 benign ovarian tumor tissues from 44 patients with benign ovarian lesions were selected as the control group, sequencing all the above specimens, screening of differentially expressed genes by bioinformatics analysis, verifying of m RNA expression of differentially expressed genes by q RT-PCR technique, collecting ultrasonographic features of patients with ovarian cancer, and analyzing the correlation between it and differentially expressed genes. Results: The incidence of irregular shape, unclear boundary, maximum diameter of more than 10 cm,ascites and blood flow signal score of3-4 were higher in malignant ovarian tumors, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The expression levels of MCM3 and MCM4 in malignant ovarian tumor tissues were significantly increased by bioinformatics analysis and q RT-PCR experiment, however, the expression level of PDGFRA was significantly reduced in malignant ovarian tumor tissues; The expression levels of MCM3 and MCM4 genes in cancer tissues of patients with unclear boundaries were significantly higher than those in patients with clear boundaries(P<0.05),the expression levels of MCM3 and MCM4 genes in cancer tissues of patients with blood flow score of 3-4 were significantly higher than those of patients with blood flow score of 1-2(P<0.05),however,the expression levels of MCM3 and MCM4 genes were not related to the size, shape and ascites of the mass(P>0.05);the expression level of PDGFRA gene was not correlated with the tumor morphology, size, boundary, blood flow score and ascites(P>0.05).Conclusion: Typical ultrasonographic features of patients with malignant ovarian tumors include irregular shape, unclear boundary, maximum diameter exceeding 10 cm and rich blood flow signal(3-4 points);MCM3,MCM4 and PDGFRA are the key genes in the development of malignant ovarian tumors, the expression levels of MCM3 and MCM4 were correlated with the boundary and blood flow of the mass,it can provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
