Objective: To analyze the relationship and correlation between ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features and the expression of B7-H4 in invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC).Methods: In this study,we studied the expression of B7-H4 and the data of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in 136 patients with IDC diagnosed by clinical pathology in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2016 to June 2021 to explore the relationship and correlation between the characteristics of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound and the expression level of B7-H4.Results: The positive expression of B7-H4 in IDC cells was detected by immunohistochemistry,of which 85 were high expression and 43 were low expression. There was no significant difference between different molecular subtypes of IDC and high expression of B7-H4.In different B7-H4 expression groups, the characteristics of aspect ratio≥1,irregular shape, echo interruption of surrounding tissue, posterior echo attenuation and lymph node metastasis in two dimensional ultrasound of IDC were significantly different from those in B7-H4 expression group, and the characteristics of internal filling defect and peripheral retraction phenomenon after contrast-enhanced IDC ultrasound were significantly different from those in B7-H4 expression group. The shape of the mass, aspect ratio, posterior acoustic attenuation and surrounding tissue echo in two-dimensional IDC ultrasound were positively correlated with the high expression of B7-H4,that is,when the above-mentioned features appeared in IDC ultrasound,it often predicted the high expression of B7-H4.Conclusion:IDC ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have a certain correlation with the expression of B7-H4,which can provide new ideas, methods and objective imaging basis for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. The characteristics of IDC ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can predict the high expression of B7-H4,a molecular marker in IDC,while the high expression of B7-H4 often indicates that IDC is highly malignant and aggressive. |
