Clinical Intervention Study Of Modified Qianyang Zhenjing Decoction On Morning Blood Pressure Surge(MBPS) In Patients With Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Qianyang zhenjing decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke through the clinical observation of morning blood pressure peak((MBPS).Methods: The selected cases were from November 2021 to October 2022 in the Department of Encephalopathy,Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xinjiang.A total of 86 patients with ischemic stroke recovery and morning blood pressure surge who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with modified Qianyang Zhenjing decoction on the basis of basic western medicine.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The morning blood pressure level in the clinic,the average blood pressure level and variation index during the morning peak period,TCM syndrome score and related safety indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.Both the morning peak systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.(1)The average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the morning peak period of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The variation indexes of mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure during morning blood pressure surge in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was statistically different from the control group(P < 0.05);in terms of efficacy,the experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.There were no other discomforts and adverse reactions during the whole trial.Conclusion: This study preliminarily verified that modified Qianyang Zhenjing Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the blood pressure level and variability index of patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type ischemic stroke and MBPS.Can effectively improve the patient ’s TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms;the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this disease is better than western medicine alone,and safe and effective.
