Cohort Study On The Treatment Of Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome With Xuelian Zishen Formula For Chronic Renal Failure Stage 3-4

Objective:To observe the end events of Xuelian Zishen formula in treating Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of stage CKD3-4,and evaluate the efficacy of laboratory indexes and improvement of TCM symptoms.Method:A total of 120 patients meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected in this study.Taking whether Xuelian Zishen prescription was taken as the exposure factor,they were divided into 60 cases in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(control group)and 60 cases in the integrated Chinese and western medicine program group(exposure group).The baseline consistency between the two groups was ensured,and there was no bias in selection.TCM syndrome scores and laboratory indicators of patients after 3,6,9 and 12 months were observed and recorded in detail,and the occurrence of endpoint events was recorded.Statistical analysis was carried out after the course of treatment.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the proportion of people with endpoint events between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).(2)The reciprocal of serum creatinine and month of the two groups were made into scatter plots.The renal function of the treatment group showed a slow rising trend,while that of the control group showed a slow declining trend.b>0 in 46 cases(76.67%)and b<0 in 14 cases(13.33%)in the treatment group,b>0 in 31 cases(48.33%)and b<0 in 29 cases(51.67%)in the control group.Chi-square test indicated that there were significant differences between the two groups.There was no statistical significance in the quantitative comparison of urinary protein 24h before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in the difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance in the difference of urinary protein 24h between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There was no statistical significance in improving renal anemia and dyslipidemia between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)In the treatment group,clinical syndrome scores were effective in 54 cases(90%)and ineffective in 6 cases(10%);In the control group,clinical syndrome scores were effective in 42 cases(70%)and ineffective in 18 cases(30%),and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of fatigue,waist and knee soreness and nocturia long symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuelian Zishen can effectively reduce urinary protein and improve renal function in patients with chronic renal failure,and can significantly improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine compared with control group.The curative effect of Xuelian Zishen recipe combined with conventional Western medicine is better than that of single Western medicine in treating Qi-yin deficiency syndrome of stage CKD3-4.
