Job burnout refers to the state of physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion produced by individuals under the pressure of work.Hospital is an important medical and health sector,and administrative personnel as the main force to ensure the normal operation of the hospital,need to undertake a lot of work every day,it is easy to produce job burnout.However,many scholars focus on the job burnout of medical personnel,and pay less attention to the job burnout of administrative personnel.In fact,administrative personnel play a basic role in guaranteeing the normal operation of hospitals,so we should pay more attention to the job burnout of administrative personnel.Job burnout is not conducive to the daily work of administrative personnel,but also easy to hinder the administrative the administrative staff of Grade A Three public hospitals in Lhasa as the research object to explore the situation of their job burnout and the factors that lead to their job burnout,so as to put forward relevant measures to alleviate the job burnout of administrative staff.Analyzing and mastering the situation of job burnout of administrative personnel,putting forward effective countermeasures and suggestions,and alleviating job burnout are of far-reaching significance for promoting the construction of the industry.This paper firstly sorted out the relevant theories about job burnout in China,and designed a questionnaire on this basis.Then,combined with the interview results and the special geographical location of Xizang,designed the influencing factors of job burnout,and finally formed a formal questionnaire.Based on the analysis of sample data by SPSS26.0,the following conclusions are drawn: first,job burnout of administrative staff in Grade-Three public hospitals in Lhasa belongs to a medium degree,which should be paid enough attention to;Second,different gender,working years,monthly income and other factors have significant differences in job burnout.The job burnout of women is higher than that of men,and the job burnout degree is the highest when the working life is less than 5 years.The higher the monthly income is,the smaller the job burnout degree is.Thirdly,through the difference analysis and regression analysis,it is found that plateau environment,physical condition and other factors have a significant impact on the job burnout of administrative personnel.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,it is proposed that broadening the personal development path,improving the performance welfare system,paying attention to the family living environment,improving the work process and other aspects are important ways to improve job burnout.Through this study,on the one hand,we can understand the situation of job burnout of administrative staff in Lhasa third-class A public hospitals;On the other hand,through the analysis of the causes of this phenomenon,the use of scientific research methods to put forward countermeasures and suggestions,not only to improve the specific hospital burnout situation,but also to promote the development of local medical services.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes and comments on the research background,research significance,research review at home and abroad,research content,methods and technical routes.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis,which mainly introduces and explains related concepts such as public hospitals,administrative personnel,three-dimension theory and two-factor theory.The third chapter is to integrate the existing literature and expert opinions,identify the objects of investigation,design the questionnaire and carry out the field investigation.According to the survey results,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the survey data,sample characteristics were summarized,and reliability and validity analysis of the scale was carried out.The fourth chapteruses factor analysis,mean analysis,difference analysis and linear regression analysis on the survey data,aiming at exploring the status quo and influencing factors of job burnout of administrative personnel in La Sa 3A public hospitals.According to the conclusions of previous studies and the basic situation of Grade A public hospitals in Lhasa,the factor analysis found that the burnout of administrative staff in Grade A public hospitals in Lhasa can be divided into three dimensions,namely emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of accomplishment.In addition,the influencing factors of job burnout are mainly divided into two levels: dissatisfaction and satisfaction,and have a positive impact on the situation of job burnout and negative impact,specific analysis can find that age,gender,organization,income and other factors can have an impact on job burnout.The fifth chapter,according to the conclusion of data analysis and interview data,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for job burnout situation.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect,which mainly includes relevant conclusions drawn from the purpose of this study and certain limitations in the research process,hoping to be helpful for future research.
