Study On The Distribution Of Tcm Syndrome Types And Medication Regularity Of Manic Episode Based On Data Mining

Objective:Data mining technology was used to analyze the clinical literature on TCM syndrome types and treatment of manic episodes,and to explore the distribution of TCM syndrome types and the law of drug differentiation.Methods:By searching the clinical research literature on TCM syndrome types and treatment of manic episodes from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases during the period from the establishment of the database to December 2022,the literature was screened in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was included,the data were extracted,the names were standardized,and the database was established.Statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used to analyze the frequency of manic symptoms,syndrome elements,TCM and TCM classification,and cluster analysis of commonly used TCM.The Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was applied to analyze the association rules among common Chinese medicines and between common witness and Chinese medicines.Results:1.After screening,90 clinical research literatures on TCM syndromes and treatment of manic episodes were obtained,among which 12 syndromes were involved,among which phlegm-heat disturbing the spirit,liver-qi stagnation,liver-fire raging,qi stagnation and blood stasis,heat destroying Yin were the most common;Thirteen syndromes were extracted,including five syndromes of heart,liver,stomach,spleen and kidney.There are 8 pathogenic syndromes,mainly phlegm,heat,qi stagnation,blood stasis and Yin deficiency.2.A total of 13 4 kinds of Chinese herbs were used in the literature,with a total frequency of 1090 times,and 36 Chinese herbs with frequency≥10 were used as commonly used Chinese herbs.The 13 4 Chinese herbs were classified into 12 categories.The most frequently used drugs were heat-clearing drugs,followed by phlegm-resolving drugs,qi-regulating drugs,orifi cating drugs,blood-activating drugs,sedative drugs,and invigorating Yin drugs.3.Cluster analysis of commonly used Chinese medicines obtained 16 drug combinations:keel,oyster;Ophiopogon ophiopogon and Radix scrophulariae;Gallanthracus and gladiolus;Rattan and forsythia;Magnet,keel;Jujube,ginger;Peony and peach kernel;Chloriti Lapis,Tianzhu;Keel,oyster,polygonatum;Peony,peach kernel,pinellia sinensis;Bupleurum,gentian,gardenia;Ophiopogon ophiopogon,Radix scrophulariae,Radix rehmanniae;Coptis coptidis,turpentine and licorice;Rhubarb,fructus aurantii,mirabilite;Lodestone,Chloriti,Dragon tooth,Tianzhu;Bilianstar,Acorus calamus,Unguaria,forsythia,Tangerine peel.4.Association rule analysis:the combination of two to five herbs with strong correlation in the treatment of manic episodes was often dominated by heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-resolving drugs,qi regulating drugs,and orifices opening drugs,and the addition or reduction of Chinese herbs such as Dachengqi prescription,Diankuang Mengxing prescription,and Longdan Xiegan prescription were obtained.Conclusion:1.The diseases of manic episode are in the heart,liver,stomach,spleen and kidney,mainly characterized by phlegm,heat,qi stagnation,blood stasis and Yin deficiency.2.Phlegm-heat disturbing the heart was the most common syndromes of manic episode,followed by liver depression qi stagnation syndrome,liver fire burning syndrome,fire burning Yin injury syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.3.The main drugs used in manic episode are heat-clearing drugs and phlegm-reducing drugs,followed by drugs for regulating qi,opening orifice drugs,activating blood drugs,invigorating Yin drugs and calming drugs.Through cluster analysis and association rule analysis,we have obtained the compatible formula of Longdan Xiegan Decoction for the syndrome of liver fire burning,which can clear the liver and gallbladder and strengthen the fire;the compatible formula of Eryin decoction for the syndrome of fire Sheng and destroying Yin,which can clear the heart and relieve the fire,nourish the Yin and soothe the spirit;the compatible formula of Shengtie Luoyin for the syndrome of phlegm and heat disturbing the spirit,which can clear the heat and reduce the phlegm,soothe the heart and soothe the spirit;the compatible formula of Diankuang Mengxing decoction for the syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can promote the blood circulation and remove the blood stasis,regulate the qi and relieve the depression,etc.
