Clinical Observation Of Modified Gexiazhuyu Decoction Combined With Triple Needling In The Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Pain Of SPID(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Pattern)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with Triple needling in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain of SPID(Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern),and to evaluate it,to provide a useful reference for the clinical application and promotion of this method.Methods:Seventy patients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic pelvic pain of SPID(Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern)were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group,3 cases shedding during treatment,67 cases completed the study,33 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction,while the treatment group was treated with Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with Triple needling.The two groups were treated on the third day after menstruation,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses,each menstrual cycle of treatment for a course of treatment,stop treatment for 1 month,the cases whose comprehensive efficacy was judged as cured,effective and efficient were followed up within 3-7 days after the end of the 1st menstrual period,observe and record the pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score,local signs score and comprehensive score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the treatment of patients with effective follow-up score again,Statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: After treatment,the total effective rate was 72.73% in the control group and 85.29% in the treatment group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%.In terms of improving TCM syndromes,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score,local sign score,and comprehensive score: After treatment,the pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score,local sign score,and comprehensive score of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(all P <0.05),indicating that the two groups could improve the clinical symptoms and local signs of patients;The treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and local signs.4.Follow-up: During the follow-up,one month after the end of treatment,the pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score,local sign score,and comprehensive score of the two groups of patients with follow-up decreased compared with those before treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the efficacy of both groups had certain durability.In comparison between groups,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P <0.05),and the treatment group than the control group continued efficacy.Conclusion:Both Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction and Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with Triple needling can relieve the pain of patients with chronic pelvic pain of sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,and improve the clinical symptoms and local signs of patients,but the clinical effect of Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with Triple needling is better than that of Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction alone.
