| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Runchang Yin in T2 DM patients with chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type),this study evaluated the safety of its clinical application,and provided a new therapeutic direction and theoretical basis for the intervention of T2 DM patients with chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type).Methods:A total of 70 patients with T2 DM combined with chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,35 patients in each group.Both groups received basic diabetes treatment.Control group: basic treatment + Maren soft capsule,treatment group:basic treatment + Ziyin Runchang drink,a total of 4 weeks of treatment.TCM syndrome score,constipation Wexner score,constipation Quality of Life Self-rating Scale(PAC-QOL)score,blood glucose(FBG,2h PG)and glycated albumin(GA)changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded respectively.Statistical software SPSS26.0 was used to organize and analyze the collected data.To evaluate the clinical effect of Ziyin Runchang Yin.Results:1.Efficacy and integration of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndroms in the treatment group and the control group was 93.55% and75.76%,respectively,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome and the score of single symptom were decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the total score of TCM syndromes,improving thirst and appetite,dry stool,prolonged defecation cycle,irritability,insomnia,hot flusher and night sweats,dizziness and tinnitus(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in improving defecation effort and yellow urine symptom compared with the control group(P>0.05).2.Constipation Wexner score: Constipation Wexner score in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);Wexner score of constipation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.PAC-QOL score of constipation patients: PAC-QOL scores in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);The PAC-QOL score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).4.Blood glucose index: The levels of FBG,2h PG and GA in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of FBG,2h PG and GA in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).5.Safety indicators: Before and after treatment,routine blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram of 2 groups were all within the normal range.Conclusion:1.Ziyin Runchang Yin can reduce T2 DM combined with chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type)of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Ziyin Runchang Yin can can reduce T2 DM combined chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type)in patients with constipation Wexner score,improve the symptoms of constipation;Ziyin runchang drink can reduce T2 DM combined with chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type)PAC-QOL score,improve constipation patients quality of life.3.Ziyin Runchang Decoction can reduce the levels of FBG,2h PG and GA in T2 DM patients with chronic constipation(Yin deficiency intestinal dryness type),which is conducive to blood sugar control. |
