Clinical Observation Of PRP Combined With Haitongpi Decoction On Knee Osteoarthritis

Objects:By observing the comparison of the effects of PRP combined with Haitongpi decoction in the treatment of Knee osteoarthritis(KOA),it provides an important theoretical support for the clinical treatment of KOA by PRP combined with Haitongpi decoction.Method:A total of 60 patients which diagnosed with KOA from January 2020 to August2021 were collected.The inclusion of 60 KOA patients who met the criteria was randomly divided into two groups: PRP combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation and Sodium Hyaluronate Injection(SH)combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation,30 patients in each group.VAS(Vascular endothelial growth factor)and WOMAC score were observed before and 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,and the overall efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of VAS scores: there was no significant difference between the two groups before,1 and 3 months after treatment(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05),and PRP combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation was significantly lower than SH combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation.2.WOMAC score comparison: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,1 and 3 months after treatment(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05),and PRP combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation was significantly lower than SH combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation.3.Total effective rate comparison: After treatment,the total effective rate of SH combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation was 75.0%,and the total effective rate of PRP combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation was 96.6%.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both PRP and sodium hyaluronate combined with fumigation of Haitongpi Decoction and sodium hyaluronate combined with fumigation of Haitongpi Decoction can effectively relieve pain and improve knee joint activity in the treatment of KOA;2.There was no significant difference between PRP and sodium hyaluronate fumigation on KOA in the short term;3.In the treatment of KOA,the effect of PRP combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation is better than that of sodium hyaluronate combined with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation.
