Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of CKD-MBD With Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction In CKD-MBD With Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Objective.To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-4 patients with mineral and bone disorder in chronic kidney disease(CKD-MBD)in the form of liver and kidney deficiency and objectively evaluate its effectiveness.Methods.In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient clinic and ward of the first department of nephrology in our hospital.They were divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group by using the random number table method.Both groups were treated with basic treatment.The control group was treated with Zhenmu Shengu Capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,The TCM syndrome score and laboratory examination data of the two groups of patients were recorded,mainly including serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),whole segment parathyroid hormone(i PTH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and lumbar spine(L1-L4)bone density values(BMD).The above data were summarized and statistically analyzed so as to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results.1.In this observation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was80%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of patients in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.serum calcium,serum phosphorus,whole segment parathyroid hormone,alkaline phosphatase,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The lumbar spine BMD values of patients in the control group did not change significantly before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the lumbar spine BMD values of patients in the treatment group increased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion.1.Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can improve the renal function of CKD(stage 3-4)-MBD patients with liver and kidney deficiency,reduce blood phosphorus,i PTH,ALP,and increase blood calcium and lumbar bone mineral density(L1-L4).Its effect is better than that of Zhenmu Shengu Capsule group.2.Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction could reduce the TCM syndrome score of CKD(stage 3-4)-MBD patients with liver and kidney deficiency,and its effect was better than that of the Zhenmu Shengu Capsule group.
