| Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of limb motor function and daily living ability in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia using the theoretical basis of the “ Meridian flow Theory”,to full play to the advantages and characteristics of non-pharmacological treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, and to promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing practice. Methods:Using a convenience sampling method,132 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia hospitalized in the rehabilitation ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected from November 2021 to November 2022.132 patients were divided into a blank control group,a non-selective control group, and a daily sputum(7:00-9:00)Acupuncture cupping group according to the random number table method: 44 patients in each group. In the blank control group, basic treatment and in-hospital routine care were implemented;in the non-selective control group, cupping was performed at any time other than the 5 a.m.to 9 a.m.on the basis of the control group;in the daily sputum(7:00-9:00)cupping group, cupping was performed at the daily sputum(7:00-9:00)on the basis of the control group. The four evaluation indexes of limb motor function assessment, activity of daily living, muscle tone and muscle strength were selected as evaluation tools, and all the data obtained from the test were input into SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis and processing.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the scores of general data, limb motor function evaluation, activities of daily living ability, muscle tone and muscle strength among the three groups before the experiment(P > 0.05).2.Before and after the experiment, the scores of limb motor function assessment, activities of daily living and muscle strength measured in the three groups were higher than those in the three groups before the experiment. The muscle tone grade of the three groups was lower than the scores of the three groups before the test, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Inter-group comparison after the test, the scores of limb motor function assessment, daily living activity ability, muscle strength and muscle tension of the three groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further multiple comparisons were made between the three groups, and the comparison between the control group and the non-timing stabbing and cupping group and the timing stabbing and cupping group. There were statistically significant differences in each outcome index(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture and cupping has certain clinical effect on the limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, which can improve the limb motor function of patients and improve their daily living ability.2.Based on the meridian flow theory, human qi and blood flow affects the intervention effect of acupuncture and cupping.Compared with non-timing acupuncture and cupping, timing acupuncture and cupping has a more significant improvement effect on limb motor function and daily living ability of hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke.According to the patient’s compliance and the convenience of clinical operation,it is recommended to perform cupping at the hour(7:00 ~ 9:00)for hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke. |
