Objective:Investigate the correlation between hematological parameters and the severity of Parkinson ’s disease, and use them to predict the prognosis of Parkinson’ s disease.Methods:306 patients with Parkinson ’s disease who visited The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to August 2022 were enrolled.General data and clinical data were collected.HY classification was used to determine the severity and prognosis of Parkinson ’s disease.Patients with grade 1-2.5were divided into good prognosis group(mild disease severity)and patients with H-Y grade 3-5 were divided into poor prognosis group(severe disease severity).Potential risk factors were assessed using univariate as well as multivariate logistic regression analysis. The disease prediction model was constructed with the Nomogram prediction scale and validated with ROC curve, calibration curve and DCA curve. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that serum CHOL,HDL,LDL,Apo B,Apo AI,and having sleep disorders in Parkinson’s patients were independent prognostic risk factors for disease severity and prognosis(P < 0.05).A nomogram was drawn with associated risk factors, which had an area under the ROC curve(AUC)of 0.849 with high sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion:CHOL,HDL,LDL,Apo B,Apo AI,and having sleep disorders are risk factors for disease severity and prognosis, and HDL is a protective factor for disease severity and prognosis.
