Objective:This article aims to investigate the association between SMARCA4 gene rs 1122608 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)in the population of Xinjiang.Methods:A total of 959 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled,and 924 normal control patients were enrolled during the same period.Baseline data(age,sex,smoking history,family history,etc.),the level of relevant biochemical indicators,and the distribution of rs 1122608 genotype and allele between the coronary heart disease group and the normal group were compared.The relationship between rs 1122608 genotype and coronary heart disease was determined by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.The serum lipid levels of rs1122608 genotype were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,body mass index(BMI),drinking history,triglyceride(TG)and apolipoprotein AI(apoAI)levels between the coronary heart disease group and the control group.Compared with the normal control group,total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly increased(P<0.001)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly decreased(P<0.001)in the coronary heart disease group.There was no significant difference in the distribution of rs 1122608 genotype between coronary heart disease group and normal control group.Multi-factor Logistics regression analysis showed that smoking,hypertension,lipoprotein a(Lp(a))and elevated blood glucose were independent risk factors for CHD,HDL-C was independent protective factor for coronary heart disease,and rs 1122608 genotype had no correlation with coronary heart disease.There were no differences in serum lipid indexes among GG type,GT type and TT type at rs1122608.Conclusion:① Smoking,hypertension,lipoprotein a(Lp(a)),and elevated blood glucose are independent risk factors for CHD;②HDL-C is an independent protective factor for coronary heart disease;③rs 1122608 single nucleotide polymorphism is not associated with the development of coronary heart disease in the Xinjiang population.
