Effect Of Xuelian Yishen Recipe On Podocyte Injury In Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy(Stage Ⅲ) With Spleen Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuelian Yishen Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy(stage III)with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,and to observe the effect of Xuelian Yishen Recipe on podocyte injury.Method: 66 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(33 cases)and a control group(33 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was given valsartan capsules80 mg/day orally,while the treatment group was given valsartan capsules 80 mg/day with Xuelian Yishen Formula one dose per day.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of 24 h urinary protein,24 h urinary microalbumin,urinary Nephrin protein and TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:(1)After treatment,24 h urinary protein,24 h urinary microalbumin,and urinary Nephrin protein in the treatment group and the control group decreased(p<0.05),but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).(2)After treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups decreased,but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).Among them,fatigue,pale complexion,soreness and weakness in the waist and knees,limb swelling,and pale tongue symptoms showed a significant decrease(p<0.05).(3)After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).(4)Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in blood routine and liver and kidney function between the two groups(p>0.05),and there were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment process.Conclusion: Xuelian Yishen Recipe can effectively reduce 24 h urinary protein,24 h urinary microalbumin,reduce the expression of Nephrin protein in urine,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.It has better curative effect than western medicine alone,and has certain foot cytoprotection.
