| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of Long-dan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of stagnant damp-heat syndrome after cholecystectomy.Method:In this study,60 patients with damp-heat stagnant pain after cholecystect-omy were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(modified Longdan Xiedan decoction)and control group(Xiaoyan Lidan tablet).The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the total symptom scores,individual symptom scores,blood routine test,urine routine test and liver function.Results:1.Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,total symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,electrocardio-gram and other safety data of the two groups of patients were compared,and it was found that the above indicators had comparability with P>0.05.2.The clinical TCM symptom scores of both groups of patients decreas-ed compared to before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,there was a significant difference in TCM sympt-om scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the main symptoms of bitter mouth and accompanying symptoms such as gallbladder tenderness,nausea,vomiting,unfavorable urination,or yellow red urine(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the total symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treating hypochondriac pain of damp heat stagnation type after cholecystectomy was better,and the results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group patients was 77.00%,while the total effective rate of the treatment group patients was90%.There was a significant difference in the results between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction can reduce the scores of TCM syndromes and improve the clinical symptoms after cholecystectomy2.Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction is a safe and effective method for the treatment of stagnant stagnation of damp heat after cholecystectomy. |
