Clinical Efficacy Of Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Evidence) With Anxiety State By Adding Chai Hu Shu Hep San

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety and efficacy of Chai Hu Shu Hep San plus flavor in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence)with anxiety state.Methods:Sixty-four patients who met the criteria of nadir were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Chai Hu Shu Hepat San Plus with conventional Western medicine.The treatment period was 8 weeks in both groups.The changes of TCM evidence points,angina symptoms points,HRV indexes(SDNN,SDANN,r MSSD),GAD-7 scores,MPV levels and safety situation of patients before and after treatment were observed and statistical analysis was performed,and the above data were processed using SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.TCM evidence points: after treatment,the TCM evidence points of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Chinese medicine symptom efficacy: the total effective rate after treatment: the treatment group(90.32%)was better than the control group(75.86%).3.Angina pectoris symptom score: after treatment,the angina pectoris symptom score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Angina pectoris efficacy: the total effective rate after treatment: the treatment group(87.10%)was better than the control group(68.97%).5.HRV indexes: HRV indexes were higher in both groups after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).6.GAD-7 score: the GAD-7 score was lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).7.MPV level: After treatment,the MPV level in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).8.safety situation: the general vital signs of the patients in both groups were normal during this pilot study,and no adverse reactions occurred in the process.Conclusion:1.Chai Hu Shu Liver San Plus can alleviate the TCM clinical symptoms,angina symptoms and anxiety state in patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence)with anxiety state.2.Chai Hu Shu Liver San Plus can improve the heart rate variability index,regulate autonomic function,reduce angina symptoms and improve psychological status in patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence)with anxiety.3.Chai Hu Shu Hep San Plus can reduce the mean platelet volume level,inhibit platelet activity and slow down the disease process in patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence)with anxiety.
