Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of skin acupuncture method combined with suspended moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold idiopathic facial paralysis, and to provide a method with significant curative effect for the treatment of wind-cold idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods: In this study,90 patients with wind-chilled idiopathic facial nerve palsy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group A(skin acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion),treatment group B(ordinary acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion),and control group C(ordinary acupuncture),with 30 cases in each group.Acupuncture selection with skin acupuncture: from GB14 to EX-HN5,from LI20 to ST7,from ST4 to ST6,GB20,LI4,and LR3,prick a needle every 1 cm between the acupoints, and prick about 2 mm,suspended moxibustion method to the TE17 to apply rotating moxibustion, suspension pecking moxibustion, mild moxibustion combined techniques, the three groups of patients are treated once a day,6 days a course of treatment,6 days of rest and 3 courses of treatment. The H-B grade,Portmann score and TCM symptom score of the three groups were recorded before and after treatment, and whether there were adverse reactions were observed, and SPSS26.0 was used for data analysis to compare the efficacy.Results:1.Facial nerve function classificationThere was a significant difference in neurological function grade between the three groups after treatment.A > B,the difference was statistically significant,B>C,the difference was statistically significant, and A>C,the difference was statistically significant.2.Portmann scoreThe difference in Portmann scores after treatment between the three groups was statistically significant.A > B,the difference was statistically significant,B>C,the difference was statistically significant, and A>C,the difference was statistically significant.3.TCM symptom pointsThe difference in TCM symptom scores between the three groups was statistically significant.A > B,the difference was statistically significant,B>C,the difference was statistically significant, and A>C,the difference was statistically significant.4.EfficacyThe total effective rate of the three groups of patients after treatment was group A(96.67%)> group B(93.33%)> group C(90.00%),and the curative effect of treatment group A was better than that of control group C,and the difference was statistically significant. The curative effect is better than that of the treatment group B,the difference is statistically significant, the difference between the treatment group B and the control group C is not statistically significant, and the curative effect is equivalent. The cure rate was group A>group B>group C.Conclusion:1.Skin acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion, ordinary acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion, and ordinary acupuncture are all effective in treating wind-cold idiopathic facial paralysis.2.Compared with ordinary acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion and simple ordinary acupuncture, the curative effect of skin acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion is more significant in the treatment of wind-cold idiopathic facial paralysis.3.The skin acupuncture combined with suspended moxibustion can significantly improve the facial nerve function level, hemifacial motor function, and TCM symptoms.
