Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with lumbar back muscle exercise in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, and to provide more experience and methods for the clinical treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis through the study of t his program. Methods: A total of 60 patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis who met the observation period(October 2021 to December 2022)and the inclusion criteria(all from the Orthopedic Injury Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine)were selected as the study subjects, and the control group was divided into two groups by random selection, the control group was equipped with acupuncture with lumbar back muscle exercise, and the treatment group was equipped with acupuncture with lumbar back muscle exercise, with 30 cases in each group, with a three-week course of treatment. The visual analogue score(VAS)of pain before and after treatment and the modified Lower Back Pain Score Scale(JOA)of the Japanese Society of Orthopaedics were observed and recorded, and the resulting data were analyzed by statistical software.Outcome:1.General data comparison: the experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed for gender, age, course of disease,VAS score and JOA score before treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.VAS score: intra-group comparison: The VAS score after treatment of the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: The VAS score of the post-treatment treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.JOA score: intra-group comparison: The JOA score after treatment in both groups was better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: The JOA score in the post-treatment treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Overall efficacy evaluation comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the control group was66.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with lumbar back muscle exercise and acupuncture combined with lumbar back muscle exercise in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is significant, and both can effectively treat or reduce the pain of patients and improve the mobility function of the lumbar spine.2.Acupuncture combined with lumbar back muscle exercise has a more significant effect on patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis than acupuncture combined with lumbar back muscle exercise.
