Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Of Wind-water Flooding Type By Adding And Subtracting Fang Ji Fu Ling Decoction

Objective:A clinical study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Feng Shui flooding primary nephrotic syndrome by adding and subtracting Fang Ji Fu Ling decoction,to explore the advantages of adding and subtracting Fang Ji Fu Ling decoction in the treatment of this disease,and to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:In this study,a total of 72 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome of the feng shui flooding type were observed,all of whom were selected from patients attending the clinic of Professor Li Ji at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a trial group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment in Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Fangji Fu Ling decoction plus reduction on top of the control group,and the duration of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.The changes in the TCM syndrome score,24 h UPQ,ALB,TC,TG and related safety indexes were observed before and after treatment,and all data were statistically analysed using SPSS26.0.Results:1.TCM evidence points and efficacy: after treatment,the total TCM evidence points of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);and the total TCM evidence points of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);the total effective rate of TCM evidence of the test group(84.85%)was higher than that of the control group(64.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Laboratory indexes: After treatment,the 24 h UPQ,ALB,TC and TG in both groups improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);and the 24 h UPQ,ALB,TC and TG in the test group improved better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.Total clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the test group(87.88%)was higher than that of the control group(70.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.Safety and adverse reactions: The patients’ vital signs were stable during the treatment period,and there were no significant abnormalities in the safety indicators such as electrocardiogram,blood cell analysis,urine analysis,faecal analysis,liver function and kidney function,and no adverse events occurred during the whole treatment process.Conclusion:The treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome(Feng Shui flooding type)with Fang Ji Fu Ling decoction reduction in combination with western medicine is more effective than using western medicine alone,and is more beneficial in improving the patient’s symptoms of swelling,coldness and nasal congestion,as well as improving the patient’s TCM syndrome score,raising ALB levels and lowering 24 h UPQ,TC and TG levels.
