Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Renal Anemia With Water Dampness Internal Stop And Blood Deficiency Syndrome With Jianpi Huashi Shengxue Formula

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huashi Shengxue Formula in treating CKD3 stage renal anemia patients with water dampness stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods :This study collected 60 clinical cases of CKD3 stage renal anemia with water dampness cessation and blood deficiency syndrome from December 2021 to December 2022 at the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Nephrology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into a therapy group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The therapy lasted for 4 weeks,with a total of 2 therapy courses.During the therapy process,the control group was given basic therapy and Shengxuening tablets,taken orally twice a day,0.5g each time.The therapy group received basic therapy and therapy with the spleen strengthening,dampness transforming,and blood generating formula.Observe and record laboratory observation indicators such as blood cell analysis,renal function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and safety indicators before and after therapy in the two groups at weeks 0,4,and 8.Use statistical software to analyze the observation data and draw conclusions.Result :1.Laboratory indicators: Before and after 8 weeks of therapy,the comparison results of RBC、Hb、HCT、Scr、BUN、UA、e GFR in the therapy group were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the comparison results of RBC、Hb、HCT、Scr、BUN、UA、e GFR in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between groups showed statistically significant differences in RBC、Hb、HCT、Scr、BUN、UA、e GFR between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).2.Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score: The TCM syndrome score levels of both groups of patients were significantly lower than those of the same group before therapy after 8 weeks of therapy(P<0.05),while the TCM syndrome score levels of the therapy group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 8 weeks of therapy(P<0.05).3.Clinical response rate: After 8 weeks of therapy,the total response rate for renal anemia in the therapy group was 90%,while the total response rate for renal anemia in the control group was 57%.4.After 8 weeks of therapy,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the therapy group was 96.7%,while the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the control group was 66.7%.Conclusion :1.Jianpi Huashi Shengxue Formula can improve the anemia indicators and renal function indicators of CKD3 stage renal anemia patients with water dampness stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome,improve anemia,and delay the progression of the disease.2.Jianpi Huashi Shengxue Formula can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with CKD3 stage renal anemia with water dampness stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome.3.There were no significant adverse reactions during the therapy of CKD3 stage renal anemia with water dampness stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome using the Jianpi Huashi Shengxue formula.
