Objective:A retrospective analysis of 206 patients with coronary angina combined with hypertension was conducted to summarize their traditional Chinese medicine evidence and medication patterns. Methods:A total of 206 patients with coronary angina combined with hypertension admitted to the Third Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2019.09-2022.09 were included in this study.Patient information was entered using Microsoft Excel,a database was established, frequency analysis was performed, and common TCM symptoms were summarized.By applying SPSS26.0 software and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to cluster analysis and association rule analysis of commonly used drugs in clinical evidence respectively, the common drug pairs, drug combinations and core prescriptions were summarized.Results:1.206 patients were included in this study,of whom 81 were male and125 were female, with more female patients than male.A total of 162 of these patients were aged ≥60 years, with the largest number of patients between the ages of 60-69 years at 79.There were more female than male patients in all age groups, except for <50 years, where there were more male than female patients.2.The top ten seasons for the onset of the disease are the small cold, rain, winter, spring, frost, clearing, cold, full, autumn and snow. The highest number of patients develop the disease in winter, and the seasonal changes between winter and spring are more frequent than those between autumn and winter.3.Among the patients included in the study, the volume of patients with a history of smoking or drinking was significantly higher in men than in those without a history of smoking or drinking, and higher than in women, with a significant difference(P<0.01).4.A total of 7 tongue textures occurring ≥10 times, with the most common ones being dark red, dark color, and dentate marks.A total of 9 types of tongue with a frequency of ≥10,with the top 3 being thin white, thin yellow, and white greasy mosses respectively.According to statistics, there are 23 types of pulse patterns, among which the proportion of deep string, astringent string, and thin string is the top three.5.In this study, there were six TCM evidence types after standardisation. The most frequent evidence type was heart-blood stasis, with 53 occurrences, followed by phlegm-stasis interconnection and qi-blood deficiency.A total of8 types of evidence were counted,of which the most frequent was blood stasis, with 93 occurrences. This was followed by Qi deficiency and Phlegm deficiency.6.There were 312 prescriptions with 239 herbal medicines included in this study, and the top 10 herbs in terms of frequency of use were Szechuan Lovage Rhizome,Danshen Root,Angelica Sinensis,Poria Cocos,White Atractylodes Rhizome,Astragalus Membranaceus,Tangerine Peel,Radix Bupleuri,Peach Seed and Citrus Aurantium.According to the efficacy classification, there are 17 categories,a total of 118 flavors. The most frequently used remedy was for deficiency, with 24 remedies for a total of 889 times, followed by remedies to invigorate blood circulation and resolve blood stasis, remedies to regulate qi,remedies to resolve phlegm and relieve cough and asthma, and remedies to clear heat. The frequency of warm medicines is the highest, followed by flat, hot, cold and cool.In the taste statistics, bitter, sweet and pungent medicines were the top three in frequency. In the statistics on the attribution of meridians, drugs attributed to the liver, spleen, lung and heart predominate, with a cumulative percentage of 64.61%.7.In the current study, cluster analysis of high frequency drugs(frequency ≥ 30)resulted in 13 drug pairs and 8 clustered combinations of prescriptions.8.In this study, the association rule analysis of high frequency drugs(frequency ≥ 30)yielded a total of 24 groups of commonly used drug combinations, resulting in the core prescription for the treatment of angina pectoris combined with hypertension in coronary heart disease as Angelica Sinensis-Szechuan Lovage Rhizome-White Atractylodes Rhizome-Danshen Root-Radix Bupleuri-Citrus Aurantium-Poria Cocos-Red Paeony Root-Safflower-Peach Seed-Allium Macrostemon Bunge-Snakegourd Fruit.Conclusion:1.This study found through statistics that the common traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types in patients with coronary angina combined with hypertension are heart blood stasis syndrome, phlegm stasis syndrome, and qi blood deficiency syndrome.Blood stasis,qi deficiency, and phlegm turbidity are the key syndrome elements for the onset of the disease.2.In this study, the drugs prescribed were mainly herbal medicines to tonify deficiency, invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis and regulate Qi.The core prescription consists of Angelica Sinensis,Szechuan Lovage Rhizome,White Atractylodes Rhizome,Danshen Root,Radix Bupleuri,Citrus Aurantium,Poria Cocos,Red Paeony Root,Safflower,Peach Seed,Allium Macrostemon Bunge,Snakegourd Fruit. The combination of the above drugs can achieve the effect of activating blood circulation, removing stagnation, tonifying deficiency and expelling phlegm, providing clinical experience and basis for the use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this type of disease.
