Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of The Method Of Tonify The Kidney And Generating Blood In The Treatment Of Chronic Sui Lao Disease And Its Effect On HOXA6 And HOXA10

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of tonify the kidney and generating blood in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia(chronic aplastic anemia,CAA)and its effect on the expression of homeobox gene(Homeobox,HOX)A6 and A10,and to further explore the therapeutic mechanism of the method of tonify the kidney and generate blood in the treatment of CAA.Methods:60 patients with CAA were included in the treatment group(30 patients with kidney yin deficiency pattern,30 patients with kidney yang deficiency pattern)and 10 healthy volunteers as the normal control group.The treatment group was given the method of tonify the kidney and generating blood combined with a routine basic treatment for 6 months.Tianshui Wei Yin was given to the kidney yin deficiency pattern and Tianyang Jian Ji was to the kidney yang deficiency pattern.The general data,TCM symptom score,blood routine,and clinical effect of the patients with two syndrome types in the treatment group were observed.The expression levels of HOXA6 and HOXA10 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with CAA before and after treatment were detected and compared with those of normal controls by RTqPCR method.Results:(1)After the treatment of the method of tonify the kidney and generating blood,the TCM symptom scores of kidney yin deficiency pattern and kidney yang deficiency pattern after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of CAA is 73.3%,including 66.7%of kidney yin deficiency pattern and 80%of kidney yang deficiency pattern;the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement is 90%,including 86.7%of kidney yin deficiency patterns and 93.3%of kidney yang deficiency pattern.(2)Before treatment,the levels of HGB and PLT in the peripheral blood of the kidney yang deficiency pattern were higher than those of the kidney yin deficiency pattern(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HGB,PLT,and WBC in the peripheral blood of the kidney yin deficiency pattern and kidney yang deficiency pattern were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,the expression levels of HOXA6 and HOXA10 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the kidney yin deficiency pattern and kidney yang deficiency pattern were significantly lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05);After treatment,the expression levels of HOXA6 and HOXA10 of kidney yin deficiency pattern and kidney yang deficiency pattern were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but both were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The method of tonify the kidney and generating blood can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic Sui Lao disease,and the clinical effect is considerable.(2)The method of tonify the kidney and generating blood can effectively increase peripheral blood’s HGB,PLT,and WBC levels.(3)There was an abnormal expression of HOXA6 and HOXA10 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with chronic Sui Lao disease.The method of tonify the kidney and generating blood may promote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function by regulating the expression of HOXA6 and HOXA10.
