The Investigatigation Of Applying Slightly Bitter, Acrid And Insect-type Herbs To Tonify Liver And Kidney And Detoxification Method In The Syndrome Differentiation Of Heat-bi Syndrome And Chronic Disease Invading Meridians Syndrome

Objectives:To reorganize and analyse the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and therapeutic method of the invasion of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome in meridians through the systematic research study from the ancient classics.In order to investigate the primary treatment principle of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome invading meridians,Zang-Fu organ syndrome differentiation method was used to trace the scope involving the aforementioned syndrome.The efficiency and feasibility on applying slightly bitter and acrid herbs together with insect-type herbs to tonify the liver and kidneys meridians and to remove their toxicity to treat chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome that invades the meridians had to be studied.Together with the unity of the theories and clinical experiences from various Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)academic school of thoughts,as well as the practical application and observation from my side,would be achieved to clarify the content and scope of Heat-Bi Syndrome,with the hope that TCM cohorts would emphasize on the therapeutic method of the invasion of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome in meridians and further enhance and innovate it.Method:Starting from the classic TCM texts,via literature review,these classic texts would be systematically studied and summarized completely,dissecting their views on the actual scope of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome and the concrete significance of principle-method-prescription-herb and the concept of meridian invasion.The true meaning and the scope of the invasion of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome would be analyzed precisely.Besides,doubtful points on the classic texts would be pointed out and the treatment methods would be implemented during clinical practice to verify its efficiency and feasibility.Contents:1.The conclusion and summarization of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome invading meridians based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.To reorganize and analyse the diseases of invasion of prolonged heat-bi syndrome in collaterals from the ancient classic TCM texts and academic journals.2.The emphasis and investigation on the disease properties of the invasion of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome in meridians,the relationship between the innate insufficiency and deficiency of liver and kidney,the nature of internal and external meridians,as well as the pathology and physiology of the disease.Furthermore,the relationship between the usage of slightly bitter and acrid medicine with San Ren Tang,Xuan Bi Tang,Wu Wei Xiao Du Yin and Si Miao Yong An Tang was being discussed.Based on the practical experiences and clinical application from the ancient physicians,insect-type herbs were used to tonify the liver and strengthen the kidney,as well as to activate blood and remove toxicity.They also believed that Da Huang Ze Chong Wan and the animal fecal-type herbs were able to unblock the meridians,in order to relieve the invasion of chronic Heat-Bi syndrome in meridians.Conclusion and Innovation:1.To comprise a logical scope regarding the invasion of chronic Heat-Bi Syndrome in meridians.2.To differentiate innate insufficiency and liver and kidney deficiency.3.To clarify the relationship between the internal meridians and the chronic diseases invading them.4.To interpret the benefits of using slightly bitter and acrid herbs combined with the insect-type herbs treatment method in achieving the effectiveness in blood invigoration,toxicity removal and the unblocking of meridians.
