Objective:By observing the changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and blood pressure values of patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity before and after treatment with modified Zhengan Xifeng Tang, this study discusses the clinical effect of modified Zhengan Xifeng Tang on primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:This study selected 66 patients from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 who met the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. In this study,66 patients who met the criteria were randomly assigned to a treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of 33 cases. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with Irbesartan tablets, while the control group was treated with Irbesartan tablets for a randomized controlled study. The observation period is 8 weeks.Blood pressure values, traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, and other observation indicators are recorded before treatment,4 weeks of treatment, and 8 weeks of treatment, respectively. The attending doctor fills out a case report form after detailed inquiry about the condition, medication compliance, and adverse reactions, and evaluates it according to the symptom scoring standards. The changes in clinical symptoms and blood pressure values before and after treatment are compared between the two groups of patients. After 8 weeks of treatment, comprehensive efficacy evaluation is conducted, including blood pressure values Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral data is processed and analyzed using software SPSS25.0.Results:1.After treatment, the average arterial pressure of both groups of patients decreased, and there was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group. The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,while the effective rate of the control group was 81.8%,P<0.05.The antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Both groups of patients improved their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores after treatment. There was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment. The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%,while the effective rate of the control group was 72.7%,P<0.05.The treatment group improved the symptoms of patients better than the control group. Conclusion:The intervention effect of modified Zhengan Xifeng Tang combined with Irbesartan tablets on patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type is significantly better than that of Irbesartan tablets alone. It not only reduces blood pressure in patients, but also significantly improves their symptoms. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a better effect on treating hypertension patients. |
