Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of early and mid-stage Parkinson’s disease, evaluate its safety, and explore the methods and ideas of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease. Methods : According to the inclusion criteria,92 patients with Yin-Deficiency and Wind-dynamism Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group with 46 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, oral dopasehydrazine tablets,62.5 mg each time,4 times a day,and the dose was adjusted to 125 mg each time,4 times a day after 2 weeks; The routine treatment of the treatment group was the same as that of the control group. On this basis,Modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction was added, and the treatment time was 8weeks.After the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes of UPDRS scores, serum Hcy levels, and TCM symptom scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis of data.Resulrs:Before treatment,46 patients were included in the two groups. The gender, age, course of disease, modified Hoehn-Yahr classification and other general conditions and various observation indicators were all P>0.05,and the baseline levels were consistent and comparable. After the treatment, the observation indicators of the two groups of patients were evaluated, and the comparison within the group was P<0.05;Comparison between groups, the scores of UPDRS were 10.11 ± 2.13,11.30 ± 2.42,22.42 ± 4.53 in the treatment group and 12.07 ± 3.56,14.38 ± 3.74,28.15 ± 7.36 in the control group; The serum Hcy level was 14.87 ± 5.42 in the treatment group and 19.25± 7.46 in the control group; The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was 12.35 ± 4.47 and that in the control group was 18.17 ± 8.24.All comparisons were p < 0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant, and all indexes were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65% and that of the control group was 71.74%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving daily living ability, reducing serum Hcy level, and improving TCM symptoms. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment, and the safety was good. Conclusion:Modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with Dobasilazine Tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease in the early and middle stages of Yin-deficiency and wind-dynamism.It can improve the daily living ability of patients, improve clinical symptoms, and reduce serum Hcy levels.
